the location is superb for ski in ski out and has a nice vibrant vibe and the sauna and pool after a days skiing was excellent
the drinks are very pricey but we had bed & breakfast and could eat elsewhere although we did enjoy a couple of very nice meals there

Excellent stay in a luxury hotel right in the Center of Val Thorens”

Great food served in all the restaurants. Evening meal were excellent and just what we needed after a long drive from the U.K. breakfast was a great selection and enjoyed by all of our group
Car parking in P0 was very tight for a 4x4 vehicle. Also car park as a 2.20 height limit so watch out for the roof box.

great location for skiing in Val Tho with a very good service.
the half board had the same limited selection for the entire week with most dishes at extra cost. the wine was very expensive. it felt like they leverage on their captive audience. their sister restaurant -Brasserie - had low food quality.

The Property was well located to skiing and the restaurants.
There were some issues with the hotel, we weren’t really explained to about what way breakfast worked and this became a problem on our 1st morning. we waited for some time before any coffee was offered and only knew about the hot offering when we heard other guests ordering. On the 3rd day no chef appeared in for the breakfast service making the range very poor, we went without breakfast this day and were offered no compensation for the fact this was really poor they didn’t have a back up plan. On check out I was charged for mini bar items I never ordered, but there was no argument about this and it was taken off straight away. When waiting on taxi to leave I over heard the GM talking to other guests checking in and they were offered Tea, coffee ect and explained a bit about the area and eating options this was a nice touch but not offered on our check in
