Above average”
The location is good, yes. But: I asked for washroom slippers. The answer was, “it is not a 4-5 star hotel madame.” Same for tooth paste, iron, papercups!!! They didn’t even refill the coffee sachets everyday. Literally paid over €100 a night for a bed and a shower.

Amazing Home for our Honeymoon!”
My wife and I stayed at Hotel Edouard during our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating of our needs (watched our luggage so we could explore the city after flying in at a strange hour). The room itself was very clean with a great bed and bathroom - it is small but fair size for the price and location. The hotel seems a bit older, but it had been redone so everything seems very nice and clean. The hotel is right on the metro which can take you anywhere, near the bus station for convenient travel to Orly airport, and a quick walk through the Latin Quarter to the Seine. Gare Montparnasse is lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars that give you an easy option meters away, and a grocery store a few doors down is the perfect place for unexpected needs. We will absolutely look to stay here again next time we are in Paris!

A perfect location, and a perfect hotel!”
Pros: -The hotel is in an excellent location. You are extremely close to the metro and to buses. There are restaurants everywhere, and best of all is the little express supermarket on the right. You can buy cheeses and breads for cheap and bring them with you on an excursion. -The room is comfortable and traditional, while the bathroom has good quality toiletries. (Accept that all rooms in Paris are minuscule. Compared to most, this was quite good.) -The breakfast is not a large selection, but good quality. -Have I mentioned the location? Cons: -The service is mediocre at best. It is inconsistent - it depends on whoever is a the front desk. One guy was helpful, another was a complete tool. Overall: I can get used to a loser at the front desk when it means staying in a lovely room, in an ideal location. :)

This is an excellent Hotel in the central Paris close to hundreds of bars, Restaurants & attractions. If we return to Paris this will be our choice for accommodation, book early and rooms are well priced.

Average hotel, awesome location”
We stayed in this hotel only for a few nights. Most of the hotels in Paris have pretty small rooms and this one is not an exception, but the rooms we're clean and the staff was friendly. The best feature by far is the location. You're literally walking distance to everything you want and need to see in Paris. Recommend.

Excellent hotel which is centrally located”
It was a pleasant stay as the room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful as well. It was a 25 minute walk to the riverside and along the way there were lots of shops for food and branded goods. Lots of television channels to choose from. Definitely the one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in although the price is a bit steep after conversion but booking online did save me about 40 percent off the rack rate.

Great location, small hotel in the middle of the city”
The location is great. easy to get around by train or by bus or by Uber. But don't expect any extra service from a small hotel. supermarket and restaurants are just downstairs. The room is clean but small. Overall is good and recommended.

A decent hotel in paris”
Plus: room was clean and not as small as other hotel that i ve stayed in paris. Location: not a walking distance to the touristy areas, But it has metro station nearby. However, not all lines stopped at this station, so you will have to do few transfers. If you like to stay in somewhere that you can walk around the museums etc, i would probably stay somewhere else.

Perfect location ”
We really enjoyed our five night stay. The location was excellent, overlooking a busy intersection in Montparnasse, with easy access to the Metro, shopping and too many restaurants to count. The room was small, but nicely air conditioned and clean. Staff were very helpful and some spoke English.
