Nice quiet hotel in a fantastic location”
Hotel Caumartin Opera is located within walking distance to Opera and major shopping outlets such as Printemps and Gallery Lafayette. Also close by are train stations that grant you access to the many attractions in Paris. Hotel room was surprisingly spacious compare to other hotels we stayed in France. good for travellers on business, shopping holidays or food hunting. Fantastic restaurants located within 10-15 minutes walk.

A good location - good value”
I stayed at the Caumartin Opera twice in October. The reviews are fair. It is very well located and importantly a short walk from the Roissybus stop which is a Euro 10 ride to CDG. The hotel is located in a quiet street which also has a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. The rooms are clean but basic but the bathrooms are spacious. Overall I would say good value in Paris. BUT probably not so good for a long stay.

3mins walk to Lafayette, 2 mins to Opera airport express bus, and Caumartin street have a lots good bistro, 15 minutes walking to Concorde. Super location The staffs are very nice and helpful, highly recommend

Caumartin hotel----Western Bradford Hotel Paris”
Actually we booked for Caumartin opera hotel,but when we came check in they said they have some problem (they don't say "the problem")so we must remove to another hotel,thanks for the good service,they give us another room in Western Bradford Hotel (their groups,up grade to **** hotel with taxi to the hotel as compliment.It's ok for us.The hotel nice,and the service is ok. hm...when i ask for kettle to make coffe and tea...the reception didn't give me the coffe,tea,and sugar as compliment (although in the hotel brochure they said so)...

Great location at a reasonable cost”
I booked two rooms for my family (me, my wife, and teenage son and daughter). The main aim for choosing this hotel is its location (near the Opera). To avoid pick-pocketing problems while using public transport system, our family preferred to use hop-on hop-off bus service. The hotel location is perfect for those preferring hop-on hop-off bus. Because the hotel is not far from Gare St Lazare train station. We walked to this station and caught a train to Versialles place (only 2 euro/person/time). The staff were friendly. We were quite happy with the complimentary snack/ soft drink (after 10 am?) and free wifi. The only problem seemed to the bathroom amenities. Of 4-day stay, we got only the full set on the first day and got nothing more (eg, shower cap, bath gel, shampoo).

Great location, big rooms and affordable price”
it was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. the rooms are quite big compared to other paris hotels. the elevator is quite old but spacious. the hotel is clean and liveable. personnel were all approachable. free wifi available. we would love to come back to this hotel!

Perfect location”
This hotel is simply at the hearth of Paris, close to everywhere! Lots of attractions nearby, metro is like 3 min. walk. Nicely decorated rooms but a bit dusty. Not so bad breakfast, most of the reception staff are kind and helpful mostly Vincent and Zino.

Good value rooms in the Opera area”
The hotel offered a good value accomodation in the prime tourist/shopping area of Paris. Rooms were adequate and as pictured in Agoda. Overall, stay was pleasant as expected.

Great location with nice rooms”
This hotel is better than the hotel we stayed at before. I recommend this hotel to others. If you want to shop, this is the best hotel for you. The staff was good and approachable. The man in charged at the restuarant is a Filipino, glad to meet our fellow countryman.

The room is so tiny that I cannot believe it's a double room for 2, no complimentary coffe/tea kit in room. But location is quite good,close to major shopping malls in opera area. Staffs are smiley and kind,but the room cleaning job was not well done during my stay.Overall you pay for the location only.

Staffs were wonderful and had a pleasant stay at the hotel except for a concerning incident regarding the main and only entrance door. The automatic door would not open and it can't be opened manually as well. The poor receptionist almost had to breakdown the door in order for us and other customers to get out and not miss out on our flights. This should be properly addressed for safety reasons.

the hotel location is one of the beast i had in paris. the rooms are small so i recomend to assk for the big rooms even if you have to pay samting more.if you stay for sorte time don't bader it's ok.don't wait for brakfest it's awaist of time

great location for shopping. however, i was transferred to the other hotel which is closed by. (4 stars) the room was pretty butmy friends and i had to walk up one floor because the lift couldn't use. no bellman. the hallway is pretty small. u can't walk cross each other. the reception was very nice and helpful.

Overall is great. The hotel is quite small, we are shocked firstly. But the most important part is the room is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and we had a good chat with the vietnamese guy working there. Be surprise also with the lift guys.

the hotel was centrally located to major tourist sites and major transport system. the staff were friendly but a times gave poor advice. there was one particular staff - a man whose name i didn't get but was manning the reception in the evening of 31 dec - who was not very helpful at all! he was on the phone most of the time talking to a friend. otherwise the hotel was ok. room was small but clean.
