Next to train station, good vibe, good quality bedding for budget hotel”
The lobby is so cozy. The room even it is small but clean, all towels are new. Good quality of blanket make you feel comfy enough. Also free water, tea as complimentary. There are hair dryer and kettle in the room. Staff are nice and know how to smile. I need to catch a bus at 5 a.m. and wouldn’t be problem at all. I will come back to your hotel chain for next travelling.

Not a bad stay. Service was good, room was clean, some things were a little outdated. However, the room was very small and cramped, some people might find it difficult to access the shower. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing really special here, but also nothing bad to say about it. You could probably find cheaper which offer the same or better. 3.5/5

Good Stay”
This is a very comfortable, clean hotel with all one needs for an overnight stay after touring France and returning for a flight. Convenient location right beside Perrache train station and has low costs. The rooms are small but very functional—eateries all around the square.

Location close to train, Metro and restaurants. ”
Room was too small for two people with suitcase. Carpet was sticky and smelled bad, bathroom was clean but no shelves. Hall had a bad smell that was covered over with air freshener sometimes. Staff were friendly, happy hour at the bar was good value.

Disappointed”
I was extremely disappointed with the hotel as it didn't look a bit like the photos on the website. We were offered a room which was practically two walls on either side of the bed which I requested to change as I suffer from claustophobia and it wasn't like the room they offered on the website. The English guy on reception was accommodating but the other two on reception were actually quite rude. The position of the hotel was good as it was a 5-10 minute walk to the central square. They were not informative at all and I found the entire experience not very pleasant.

Bedbugs in bed.”
I think the tittle would sum it up but actually no! Bedbugs in the room, I came downstairs to complain, the guy did not even apologise and asked me to wait while he was pouring cocktails for the staff. The next day again no apologies like it was normal to have bedbugs, they even questioned me if it was real as the cleaning lady said she did not find any on the sheets, I told them if they knew anything about bedbugs they would know they do not like lights and they are hiding. Basically had to show them my arm full of bites. No commercial gesture, a body full of bites and poor sleep, I would not recommend this hotel at all apart for he location. My advice go to the Ibis next to it, so much better

Bathroom cold and noisy. One day the bed was not done. No space, shelves to put clothes on, no shelves in the bathroom or railing for wet towels. No shelf to put laptop or alarm o'clock. Broken coat hanger which was put back when reported. Floor carpet very rough, not even cleaned properly. No computer in the hall to check mails... Staff on their smart phones all the time. You get the impression you disturb them. The place is aging badly, grey and black all around. Since there were no trains, it was a bad choice.

I arrive by train to Lyon Part Dieu station. I only spendd 15 to 20 minutes by tramway No T3 to reach Perrache Station, area from the hotel. If you come by car, Perrache Parking, is at 100 m from the hotel. Very good value in the centre of Lyon city !!

Good hotel in very convenient location”
This was just what I needed--a good hotel in an excellent location, right by the station Gare Perrache, which made it convenient for moving around the city to see the Fete des Lumieres. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of my visit, so breakfast was not available at the hotel, but rather a nearby restaurant (although not early enough for me).

The room is nice and comfortable. The hotel is near to train station, metro station and tram station. The hotel is 1 to 2 metro station to shopping areas. The hotel staff are friendly and we have quick checkin and checkout.

Beware certain counter staff”
Hotel is value for money and in good location. Rooms adequately furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was quite a wide spread and promptly refilled. Our positive experience was marred by a couple of counterstaff on our last day: 1. On checking out, Reception claimed that despite our having booked 2 double rooms for 4 including breakfast, we had only paid for one breakfast. This was puzzling: why would we book 2 doubles with breakfast for only one pax? After we protested, they backed down and claimed the receptionist who checked us in had made a mistake. 2. We had booked through Reception a taxi to the station. Despite several reminders to Reception, taxi still did not show. Reception then offered alternative transport - a limousine service which coincidentally happened to be available and waiting. It would cost more. We declined and were preparing to hail a taxi off the streets when the booked taxi finally arrived.

Tho the place is a bit far from the city centre, it's quite near to a metro station, finding it was a bit tricky. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Free wifi is important to me and I was happy with the connection. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the mountains.

Couldn't be closer to the station, nice friendly staff. No in room safes which isn't ideal, but nice hotel overall. The ground floor has nice seating area for sports/tv, and some bar games fuzeball etc.

worn off room, convenient location”
We arrived late with several huge suitcases, staff was friendly and speaks good English. However we were arranged to a room requiring us to take staircase after elevator arrives the floor. We booked a triple room But there were only two sets of amenities and towels. The next day when we asked the female recommend us some good local restaurants, she said she recommended none. This is upsetting. Though it's at good location and has affordable price, as a budget hotel under a chain I believe they could do better.
