Location is great, near to to the main train station and just metres away to the main shopping complex. The room was very clean, thanks Halima for setting up the room. Room is spacious as well for us 3-pax. All the staff were warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone to wishes to visit Lyon!

Great location for traveling through”
We spent one nigh here in transit and it's a very convenient place. It's like a 5 minute walk away from the main train station. You can also walk to a nearby mall that is huge and has all the shopping that you will need to do. The rooms are very small though, but if you just need it to sleep then it is soft beds and clean room.

Near lyon train station but the hotel is located within a office building...? Confused initially in finding the direction of the hotel. Seems nothing much to eat nearby as most of the shops seems closed. There is a shopping mall on the other side of the train station.

Basic but quiet and clean”
Plane arrived late and I missed my train. I walked 1 minute from the Rhone Express (shuttle from the airport) to the hotel. Hotel is rather basic but clean and surprisingly quiet given the central location. In the morning I walked 1 minute to the Lyon Part Dieu train station... no need to call taxi, take buses, etc. Very convenient.

Good area for transport”
Nice hotel in the commercial area of Lyon. Room was small with a huge bathroom but overlooked the courtyard and was nice and quiet! You can walk to the centre of Lyon in 20 minutes, or take the metro to Bellecoure if that’s preferable.

Good hotel in good location”
First time in Lyon and arrived late at night. Very glad that the hotel is just across from the airport train station. Room is comfortable and clean. Very decent breakfast for the price. Very good value for the price and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideally situated for train to Charles de Gaule airport”
We found this hotel to be of a high standard in most ways. However, as with most city hotels there was a noticeable impersonal (but efficient) note in our interaction with staff. We were pleasantly surprised to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but astounded that the only cups provided were cardboard. Once we had used these cups our only choices for a second round of tea/coffee was to resurrect the cups from the bin and wash them or request replacement cups. When we asked for fresh cups, we were told that it would be some time before they could be brought to the room. (We were happy to wait at reception for them but this was not agreed to.). China cups would have been more in keeping with the standard of the hotel. Our room was well appointed but quite small, involving some crab walking to move along the side of the bed once we had placed personal items against the wall. Only one comfortable chair was in the room.. We appreciated the efficient and helpful advice from stuff who gave us directions for getting into the centre of town and to Vielle Lyon. From the point of view of value for money, we found ourselves in the position of having to pay half as much again for one night of our stay as we did for the other. I was extremely disappointed that Agoda would not allow us to change our booking from one night (as in the original booking) to two. We were forced to take a second separate booking for the second night, involving a rocketing price. I would expect to be able to manage my booking on-line, especially when it did to involve cancellation.

When we arrived there was a salsa class and the music and dancing was lovely.A 5 minute walk from train station and very clean. The rooms are a little small but very adequate . We did feel it was a bit expensive as you had to pay for breakfast on top again.we would stay here again as Lyon is a beautiful city .

The bedclothes were very comfortable! Also the pot for hot water and biscuits were very good！ Although､ mini bar is a must.Or at least let us use your refrigerator so that I can bring all of the LYON yummys home.Please think about it.Thsnks!

Location, location.”
Couldn't be better placed for a Lyon visitor. Right in front of mainline station, tram stop for airport, main shopping centre, surrounded by restaurants etc, etc. Only downside was size of room. We had a twin bedroom and it was just big enough for us both.

Great short stay in Lyon”
Since we travelled by train, we loved this hotel! The hotel is located at the back of the train station, about 5 mins walk. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He gave us the city map, he gave us recommendation where to eat and where to go, and how to get there. On our booking, we didn't ask for connecting rooms, but we asked if it was possible to have the connecting rooms, and he said yes! The room was amazing, altough very small. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom small but very clean. They had a lot of selections for the breakfast buffet. You have to walk to the front side of the station to get to the bus stop, but it wasn't very far. Overall, great hotel!

change/cancellation policy”
because of all the terrorist activity in France at the time of our travel we were advised by our government & family in France to shorten the duration of our Lyon trip to overnight only. The hotel did not reply to emails sent by Agoda - our reservation agent & after 2 phone calls did agree to change the dates only. The were not helpful or considerate of our reasons. We did stay overnight & had no problems with the staff or hotel - they were quite helpful & professional. We were only disappointed that given there were extenuating circumstances regarding the length of our stay that the reservations people were not willing to work out a compromise.

You can see the hotel after you walk out from the Lyon train station. Room is big, toilet is big and clean also. Just some disappoited when I requested a tourist map, they have no more copy and need to wait for one month to get a new copy. Overall experience in terms of room, location is pretty good

Good enough for transit”
Hotel located near train station and very convenient for transit travellers. Rooms are modern, but small sized. Bathroom was convenient, had all needed amenities, however thin wall between room and bath was a great failure - you can hear virtually ALL sounds from bath, you can even talk without rising your voice. Though, sounds from outside (i.e. from hallway or street) were quite successfully reduced to none. Only one of guests can use desk (and chair was only one), although room was for two people. Restaurant in the building are a buffet-style mostly, even so you can order a-la carte. I'd recommend eat in central part of city. Overall, not bad choice, maybe little pricey.

This hotel is visible from Part-Dieu Station and it is convenient when you arrive there late at night. Staff was friendly. My room was fine, but internet didn't work and I had to work in the lobby. Another thing is that dishes used at the breakfast room were not clean enough. Having said that, I would say this is an OK hotel.
