Very good lodgings ”

The room for three was quite good, we were mainly there to sleep and eat, since the room had a small kitchen, which was well stocked with cutlery and few appliances. The beds were quite comfortable. For the location, from the nearby metro station place d'italie, we traveled all around the city. The hotel is located in the mostly "Asian" part of the city and we loved it. The restaurants were amazing. Overall, it was great experience, and if I should stay in Paris again, I would choose this hotel again too. The receptionists were really nice and helpful.

Cozy hotel with great sized rooms”

We arrived easily at the hotel by metro. At first we were surprised that our reservation wasn´t found. It seemed there were misunderstandings between Agoda and the hotel. The staff, however, fixed everything rapidly and we were taken to a great room with balcony, great bathtub and a small kitchen which was very useful as meals in Paris are always expensive. So we could have lots of great cheese, wine and bread directly from the several supermarkets around. Bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. If you demand cleanliness like me, that´s the place. If you don´t mind staying a bit out of the touristic area, i suggest this one. Actually we wanted it since we would like to check where and how Parisians live. There are uncountable restaurants, bistros, patisseries in the area - that was perfect for us. The touristic area was minutes away by metro. I highly recommend this hotel and thank the staff for having solved our reservation issue instantly.

Very nice location. Just 5 mins walk from the subway. The price is very interesting. The staff is helpful and friendly, however, they are not available after 0900 pm. The room is small but very neat and clean. Recommended for traveller.

It is not easy to find for a first-time visitor. The location is good, just a few minutes walk to subway. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean with nice balcony. Sharing space is clean, a bit small but tiny space is not a big thing for us.

the staff were fantastic, the metro was very close so easy access to the attractions. room was adequate and comfortable supplied what we required.

Cosy ”

The hotel is located close to a Chinese supermarket which we can buy food for cooking. However, there are many restaurant near by too. Some of their reception can't speak english but most of them are O.K., no reception after 20:00 p.m. but they can manage our return trip quite well.

Location, friendly staff”

Nice location closed to the subway station. The staff are friendly enough, yet not able to help with facility problems: no AC or fan (at 36 degrees!!!); the broken window could not be closed entirely; small room space. Also, check-in is before 8pm. You'd better figure it out on website first; there gonna be no notifaction/email/message before your arrivals.

we stay for 3 nights, they do change the bath towel, but seems like they don't clean up the room and didn't make a bed properly. we book for 3 person in the room, 1 day they only give 2 towel

it was a nice stay, 5-10 mins walk to the metro station. located right in the heart of china town, supermarket and lots of choice of food around. quite quiet in the evening, it was an overall nice stay here.

Agréable séjour dans cet appart’hotel; petite cuisine avec tout l’équipement de base (pratique pour le petit déjeuner voire les autres repas) comme micro ondes ou mini frigo. Salle de bain propre et moderne très appréciable , lit confortable. Qq petits détails de ménage à améliorer comme le nettoyage de la télécommande ou sous le lit. Mais dans l’ensemble c’etait Propre.

ベトナム・アジア系の店の多いPlace d'italieに近く，ホテルの高いパリで割安です。観光地に近くなくていいならよい選択です。キッチンは便利で，スタッフは親切です。早朝につきましたがすぐに部屋に入れてくれました。メトロの駅は5分ほどです。 The hotel is located in Vietnamese, Asian area not far from Place d'Italie, 5 min walk to the metro (Tolbiac). If you do not mind for staying not very close to the touristic places, it is a good choice. There is a small kitchen so that I could buy foods at Monoprix (my favorite supermarket). The stuff were friendly and kind. I arrived early in the morning but could check in at that time without any additional fee.
