cozy , clean , in best area of Paris ”

the hotel were very cozy , nice and clean the location is closed to the best metro line you can go directly to Eiffel tower and champ elysee the stuff are very helpful and nice give us many recommendations the rooms was bit small but its normal for Paris hotels we really enjoyed our stay there

Good budget hotel”

Old building without naturally not good insulation among (the small in size) rooms. Otherwise calm since it is not a busy road and (some) rooms overlook the backyard. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. A good option if you can find it at a budget (for Paris) price.

Terrible, do not stay, appalling business practices”

Hotel staff here are terrible and the manager is unreasonable and a crook. I stayed here for one night, after paying in advance for four. As soon as I entered the room, I felt really unwell from the strong chemical smell - it was enough to make me feel nauseous and give me a headache. I opened the windows and went for a walk hoping it would help the situation, but later that night when I tried to go to sleep it was so bad that my asthma (a minor health issue that hasn't been a problem for me for many years) started to become a serious problem. I literally couldn't breathe at points and had the worst night's sleep of my entire trip. The next day I went and explained the situation to the front desk, and they were initially really understanding about refunding me so I could change hotels. They offered me a new room but since it's the highly strong and toxic cleaning chemicals they use (I assume more since COVID) then what's the point? Also, it's a serious health risk for me; I can't risk having breathing failure or going into more serious allergic reaction (I'm a tourist here, and want to avoid a hospital trip during a pandemic....). Later on, after I had left, the staff reached out to say that the hotel manager said no refund on my remaining three nights that I prepaid, even though I physically couldn't stay in the property. It was totally unreasonable! At least refund the nights that were outside the 24-hour cancellation window but they simply sent one email saying no and stopped responding when I tried to explain my point. This place is terrible business practice, it's run by a thug. If you do decide to stay (which you shouldn't if you have any kind of sensitivity, health issue or small children) then DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. Pay one night, see how you go, and decide from there. Every single other hotel I stayed in during my time in Paris was amazing, it's such a shame to have this terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!

quiet, comfortable alternative to downtown”

The room AND bathroom were SPOTLESS!!! This is a rarity in European hotels. Although the elevator was quite small, i was impressed at the size of the room itself. (not big by north american standards, but definitely functionally large enough for a couple, with room to store luggage) Staff was friendly and there is free tea/coffee/fruit in the lounge downstairs 24/7. The decor is very EIFFEL TOWER centric so its kitsch to the extreme, but you get used to it. Hotel is right around the corner from the metro so easy to get around Paris. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Boutique Hotel”

We were in this hotel for only 12 hours before our journey to Lisbon. The rooms are very clean. The staffs are very helpful. The hotel is near to the Marcel Sembat Metro Station. Only 5 minutes walk. A Japanese Restaurant is very close to the hotel where we took our dinner. The buffet Breakfast is not bad but too expensive compared to the items offered. The theme of the hotel is Eiffel Tower and all the rooms, corridors and the lobby have been decorated with the wallpapers, pictures, history and miniatures of this famous icon of Paris. We loved the hotel and will come here again.

Very nice hotel, relaxing & superb breakfast food”

Our stay was really memorable, our 1st time in Paris but we enjoyed so much. People and service are really superb. The place is accessible to subway train station connected in major tourist attraction. Safe and quite place to stay. Very relaxing hotel. Bed was so comfortable and toilet or comfort room was so clean and sophisticated design / fixtures. We love to come back.

A little out of town but close to transport”

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is just outside the ring road around Paris, but metro and bus are within 10 minute walk. Rooms are paris small. Some rooms back onto lift shaft so be careful to specify not these rooms if you are a light sleeper. Important to print map showing location as it is just off the standard tourist map. Walking distance to Parc des Princes. People with mobility problems should go by bus in Paris. There are few elevators/escalators at the metro bus bus has low floors. There is a bus map available and most bus stops clearly show the location of where all buses stop.

Comfortable stay”

It was a comfortable stay as we had a comfortble bed to sleep on and clean rooms and bathrooms everyday. The Hotel in only a short walk from the nearest metro where you can travel to Paris city centre. Only negatives were that the room was very cramped and smaller than we expected and occasional sounds from the building work taking place right opposite the hote. Apart from this the hotel is ok and the staff friendly & helpful!! :)

A budget hotel with a very good service.”

We were check in at 4.00 pm. The closest train station is Marcel Sembat M9. Take the train to Trocadero (same M9 train) and tadaaaaaa you're just near the Eiffel Tower. Good services. We're even get free of charge for 3 minutes international call to Malaysia.

Good location”

The hotel is not so far from the subway, you can also easily find some restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Wonderful welcome ”

Calm enjoyable visit. Small, very clean room but had everything I needed as solo traveller. No English TV. Great bath. Lovely free coffee machine available 24/7. Wonderful staff.

Clean and good value for money”

The hotel is clean, the room was a bit small but large enough for a short stay.

Cute Hotel in side road (quite)”

The Hotel was small so were the rooms. The shower was so small that you hardly could not turn however for sightseeing is this hotel ok. Close by a Metro station (Marcel Sembat). Breakfast average (ham,cheese and corn flakes nothing special). no Airport transfer available.

Very small rooms ”

This is a 2* hotel, very compact rooms. I book a standard double room for my family with 2kids less than 6years. The room offered to me was so small that when we put our 2 big and 1 small bags, there was hardly any space left in the room to even move. I had to pay 200€ extra to get a little bigger room. The corridor was so small that only one person can pass through. Lift was horrifying and shaking up in every ride. Not worth to stay. Better pay little money and go for better options
