This apartment has two rooms - one with king bed and one with two singles, great lounge, free WiFi, and you cannot beat the location! Half a minute walk from an amazing street just full of restaurants. Walk either left or right to two rivers and just a ten minute walk to the old town - we loved Lyon!!!
Great location with fine prints to look into”
We were extremely disappointed with the service from this property. They totally failed to give us heads up information about the access to the property, not even a proper address. We arrived in Lyon late afternoon, went the the property as stated in Agoda (as per normal practice). Found out that there is no sign of Apartment Bellecour // Rika Loft // any property at all. Then we found out after hard searching the website again, there is another property like 10 min walk. So we walked there with kids and suitcases, only to find also there is no sign of rental property. We walked around not believing that something we booked through Agoda would end up like this. After more than 90 minutes, waiting on the side road, waiting for Agoda's phone call to sort this out, finally I was contacted by the people from the property with the instruction to get the key of the property at a nearby restaurants. After we get in there, all were good, even though it is just us in the whole building.
