ubicato lontano dalla metro, hall inesistente, camere minuscole, rumorose (nonostante il terzo piano), bagno sporco, lenzuola bucate. il personale del buffet prima colazione gentile e professionale. il personale della reception molto meno. in particolare un dipendente ha cercato di indurci a prendere il taxi che voleva lui per l'aeroporto anche con l'inganno (ha detto che noi lo avevamo incaricato di prenotare il taxi e invece non era vero) e poi insisteva sull'inopportunita' di andare con mezzi propri. pessimo! abbiamo anche scritto alla catena holiday inn per segnalare il nome dell'impiegato.
