Key control that keeps lights on was broken, AC didn’t work, there was an extra bed in the room that made the room so small we didn’t even have space to lay out our bags or walk around. Breakfast ridiculously expensive, no free shuttle and paid shuttle hours too limited. Expect to spend up to EU35-40 more to Uber back and forth from CDG. We are very dismay with our decision to stay at this hotel. The small town was nice to walk around, but everything was closed on Sat AM.

From start to finish this was a disaster, unhelpful, unclean, staff have no clue what they are doing and also tried to rip us off many times during our 1 night stay. I would never book this hotel again.

Nice property fairly close to CDG airport”
Its easy to take the courtesy 'Black Bus' from any terminal (1,2) at Charles de Gaulle Airport. Allow up to 30 mins trip. Hotel lobby with updated bus departures (every 10 mins). Room very nicely appointed, although very few english language TV channels (typical french) , Movies are dubbed in french or pay for movie ! Hotel restaurant is reasonable price and good food.

The hote, was as expected from Holiday Inn network”
the hotel's location is very good especialy for travelers flying via CDG airport. However they have to do someting conserning the direction and information to the suttel bus at the airport, since the French taxi driver not willing to make such a short drive to the hotel from the airport. The hotel is good and very comfortable, I wouldn't expect less from Holiday Inn. The stuff are nice, polite and eficiant.

clean and close to airport. although still need about 15 min shuttle bus ride. comfortable room size. recommend for transfer or go to exhibition near cdg airport. also there is free wifi, which is useful. quite fast as well.the staff are quite friendly and helpful, and the bar/restaurant at the lobby is suprisingly lively.

THE ROOM WAS TIGHT CONSIDERING THAT IT WAS BOOKED FOR 3 PEOPLE. ITS VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT & IT HAS A SHUTTLE GOING THERE SO THAT WAS A PLUS FOR US. BUT IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT PARIS DAILY, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE AS IT IS QUITE FAR FROM THE CITY. EVEN IF YOU CAN GET A TRAIN RIDE TO THE CITY, THE DISTANCE WILL BE TOO MUCH FOR YOU IF YOU'RE STAYING FOR A LONG TIME. THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED HERE WAS BECAUSE OUR FLIGHT WAS LEAVING EARLY THE NEXT DAY. OTHERWISE, I WOULDN'T STAY HERE.

Convenient and comfortable stay. As it was just an overnight stay to facilitate us in catching early morning flight, we are not too particular about sightseeing. The morning call facility anf airport shuttle bus service are convenient for us to avoid missing the flight. a small supermarket is located w ithin walking distance.

It's a fantasitc hotel for me to rest after a hectic journey from Grenoble. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. In addition, the food offered at the cafe is nice and delicious. This hotel is highly recommended for travellers who need a good rest prior to moving to another country. I will defintely stay in this hotel again in the near future.

We were not informed that there were renovations in progress rendering the actual lobby unusable. Guests have to carry their own bags by stairs to get to their rooms.
