“Simply wonderful ”
We came for a basketball tournament and the property was so friendly and safe. Extremely clean and the room was clean as well. Very quiet aside from housekeeping but I know they were doing their job. The breakfast was incredible and the gentlemen who assisted, Jesse, Julio, Jose and Hector all were amazing!!! Truly would stay there again! 10 out of 10!

“Dirty sheets and rundown room 219”
We stayed in room 219. The room is somewhat run down with a chip in the tub and calcified shower head in the bathroom. The toilet tends to run unless you giggle the handle. In the room, the fridge tips like it is missing a leveling leg. The size of the room was fine but it ends there. The pillows feel like cases stuffed with shopping bags and you only get 3 per bed. The bedding had makeup stains on the sheets in one bed. We had to request another set of sheets and make it ourselves because the housekeeping staff went home. The bar is nice and the happy hour food and beer is good. Juan was a great server. Breakfast is expensive and average but they have hot eggs and omelets made to order if you want it .

“Dirty and noisy.”
Urine smell outside was too bad, the elevator was smelling marijuana, and the hallways were not vacuumed. Our neighbor put on loud music so we did not get to sleep at all. Will not returned.

“Welcomed and Accommodated ”
I am totally happy with the customer service I received from the Hilton Garden Inn. I requested an early check in and they accommodate me by finding a room available for me. I was so excited I as I was very tired and needed a shower and rest. The room was plentiful and very clean. I appreciate quiet space and for the most part during my stay it was very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience.
