Cleaning problem”

The location was perfect. 100 m from the supermarket and near tram, train and metro stations. It was warm inside the house as it was january. The hostess was always replying our phone calls and messages.

We had the check in at 16:00 but when we went there, it wasn 't cleaned. They told us there had been some unexpected situation, which we tried to be comprehensive, but we were wondering on the streets since 8 o'clock in the morning with a child and it was really cold. That upset us. Also there wasn't a hair dryer. The hostess did communicate with us at all times we called, so this was nice. But the cleaner didn't do much of her job as spider webs were hanging from the ceilings. I didn't see any air conditioning, so consider this if you're going in summer.

I spend 1/3 of a year travelling & staying at hotels. The worst stay & service I have experienced!”

The service and lack of responses from the host are appalling both during the stay and afterward when requesting for an invoice. Having to go to a separate location to collect the key and 5 sets of pins to finally get into the accommodation. It is also not very accessible as its the 3rd floor without a lift. Information wasnt made aware of during booking.

Disappointing”

Location is great, appartement is nice

Second time I stayed there. First time we came, appartement hadn't been cleaned, it was solved next day. This time imternet connection wasn't fun tioning. After a call, and being redirected, only thing was an advice to restart the box. Another message with a request for help was never answered. So 4 days without an internet connection.

the location, the decor of the apartment - Hamac Suites was perfect for us!

there could have been a thick mattress topper to make the sleeper sofa more comfortable, and an inner for the duvet for the two people sleeping on the sofa bed.

Location

The fan was broken and was later they provided us with another broken fan ( a fan without a base!) during a heat wave! They promised to send a third fan but stopped responding to my sms so basically they were not ruthful and not accomodating. If you open the windows to get fresh air the apartment will be full of mosquitoes and we got lots of mosquitos bites including our 1.5 year old baby!
