Exceptional location and very clean ! ”

The only bad point here is the noise, in the morning we can hear everyone in the hotel ! Can’t sleep anymore… But Appart from that, this place is wonderful, great location to discover Paris !

Location great. Room and service need improvement ”

I booked a room for a night in Paris to explore on my return from a week in Cluny. The idea was to rest before leaving the city. On approach I saw a bright and cheerful reception area in a good location which was welcoming and the receptionist was pleasant. However the room which is the whole point of booking had a musty smell and the toilet was leaking, drainage in the shower broken and the night was very very uncomfortable due to the musty smell. The carpet needs changing/deep cleaning. However the next morning, there was noise and vibrations as there were repair works on the street, granted not by the hotel but I felt they could have managed it better by informing guests, offering to swap rooms, informing us, etc. I called a couple of times and was told there was nothing they could do so I had to leave the room to avoid migraine. I couldn't stay in reception area as they were painting so all in all I would say add a bit more euros and get a better hotel, I would have with hindset to be able to get a bit of rest.

Kleines, sehr sauberes Hotel in bester Lage”

Hab mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Einrichtung und der Aufzug sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Würde es weiter empfehlen und komme bestimmt wieder.
