I absolutely loved everything about GOIN Old House & Bar! Location – Perfectly set on ShengNong Old Street and Guo Hua Street, surrounded by tons of amazing food options! It’s also an easy walk to Hayashi Department Store and Chihkan Towers. Room – We booked a double-bed room (215 sq ft / 20 m²) with a surprisingly spacious, modern bathroom and a strong AC (much appreciated in the heat!). Also love their floral shower gel and shampoo! Price – I booked two months ahead through Agoda and scored a fantastic rate! Customer Service – The owner, Mr. Zeng, was incredibly welcoming. He even helped us carry our huge luggage up to the second floor, gave us a personal tour of the property and room, and warmly invited us to the bar. We were truly impressed by how his business has thrived despite the challenges of COVID. My husband and I had a wonderful stay — the place was spotless, cozy, and super comfortable! Bonus tip: Let Mr. Zeng know you were recommended by Shirley from the USA, and he’ll treat you to a complimentary cocktail at the bar!
