1. There is no smoking: Smoking inside the property is prohibited 2. Parties and events are prohibited inside the property. 3. Quiet hours: Guests must respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises during 10:00pm to 6:00am. 4. Any lost, damages to the premises or contents caused by the guest will be deducted to the security deposit. 5. Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes. 6. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances. 7. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 8. Guests must not share the access key with anyone outside the property. 9. Guests must not leave valuables unattended on the property. 10. Check-in time is 2:00pm 11. Check out time is 12:00pm
