The view watching the sunset from the balcony was wonderful. As is sitting outside in the restaurant next to the Nile. The hotel itself is busy, the driveway can get backed up and it can take a while to get dropped off at the entrance. Staff are friendly if they see a tip coming their way otherwise we were completely ignored and carried our own bags on arrival. The pool is crowded and there were no chairs. I ordered a coffee from room service and it was the worst coffee i'd ever had. The room was a generous size with a balcony view of the Nile and the vacant hotel next door. I do recommend the restaurant dining facilities they were great. The rest of the stay was average.

We booked the Nile views room for 2days , The location is quite ok, you still can see the Nile but the view from our room is not that good . The room is old , the mirror is rusted , the toilet cover is almost broken . On our 1st day of stay , everything was quite ok ( still bearable ) ,but on our 2nd day , when we showered only cold water came out . How could this happen on a 5 star hotel? It was my bad experience ever in Hilton Hotel. It made me feel like I was staying in 1 star hotel. With the price I paid , I’d rather stay at other hotel instead . The reception staff was cold , when we checked in, he was very impatient and didn’t even smile a bit . The hospitality of the hotel was kind of sick. Highly not recommend to stay here .

We stayed for 2 nights. No doubt the hotel is old but things still work. The food and overall experience was excellent. Overall very good value for money with a beautiful view of Nile
