i like the hotel, easy excess to metro n everywhere but if u complain abt something which unpaid n u did not get it, u will hear from management this, if u dont like the hotel u can leave this is our stander , i did not like that, that dis respectful and in hospitality we don’t do that. evn few other ppl r complaint abt this things they easyly say to u leave. which is not good. i feel like to leave inhad a little baby bit hard for me but superviser ratna made my stay very comfortable and manager said he will make sure my room will be clean and provide wht i need, he tried to dontyat but i think they need to hire more staff. house keeping staff is running n doing their job which shuld not be like tat n they r not on time to come to clean the room becouse they r sort of staff and they have chek out roo to make to chek in. i used to go n find out the gouse keeping staff n asked for to clean n whn she used to come she always dis good job but ppor her very busy n running around. please management dont disrespect guest its not good evn thou u r busy with out guest u cant do business. and hire more house keeping staff please use one mop in one room not same mop in the all the floor buy some mop, rag, for the all the room and to the all the floor and enough towel, floor mate so no one fell off on the wet floor. me n my daughter fell off badly on the tile i was so stressed that my daughter might had big hurt whn i asked them wht is the procedure there was no satisfaction answer. i took her to see the Dr. please give your front desk staff and all the staff tranning, keep enough staff , dont push push push. your hotel is good, good location you can make better, after i leave there my room started getting clean n i extended 3-4 times. Thank you all staff when you charge for room cleaning keep enough staff n do the room cleaning and provide everything. staff themself cant do much if there is not enough stuff. you can not just pump or give stress to staff u r earning from the guest so spend as well provide everything. your stqff is good look after them just dont push them provide everything and ask them to start the job, they r the kne directly getting all the bad attitude from the guest which they have not done anything wrong thats management who is not providing enough everything and staff.
