Exceptional”
It’s a beautiful smaller boutique type hotel with an excellent location close to everything. The front desk person was efficient, polite and even arranged for a 5:30am taxi to the airport. I would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smaller hotel in Paris with the French touch and a great location.

Very good value for money given the location close to the Champs-Elysées. Pleasant staff (special mention to Ridge!). The breakfast room is not huge but well thought out and the breakfast (buffet) is of high quality. Three points need to be improved: the sound insulation does not seem perfect on the street side. And access to the hotel in the middle of the night, past a very late hour, is not independent for security reasons: each time you want to enter the lobby you have to disturb the person in charge so that he open to us (why not set up badge access?). And finally a small bottle of water in the room would be a plus (without going through the mini-bar). Very few negatives and many more positives! Très bon rapport qualité prix vu l'emplacement à deux pas des Champs-Elysées. Personnel agréable (mention spéciale à Ridge ! ). La salle de déjeuner n'est pas immense mais bien pensée et le petit-déjeuner (buffet) est de qualité. Trois points sont à améliorer : l'isolation phonique ne semble pas parfaite côté rue. Et l'accès à l'hôtel en pleine nuit, passée une heure très tardive n'est pas autonome pour des raisons de sécurité : il faut à chaque fois qu'on veut rentrer dans le hall déranger la personne en charge pour qu'elle nous ouvre (pourquoi ne pas mettre en place un accès par badge ?). Et enfin une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre serait un plus (sans passer par le mini-bar). Très peu de points négatifs et beaucoup plus de points positifs !

First glance at the room had me feeling like it was a bit small. Yet, all of my luggage and self fit in and the location was perfect. Roomy bathroom and pleasant service were a plus

Nice Location clean rooms”
The hotel has new furniture and bathroom fixtures. Its location is fantastic, walking distance from Champs Elysees. Staff is very nice and welcoming. The room is rather small for a couple and luggage and does not look at all like the picture and were bumping against each others. That was the only issue.

Avoid this Hotel if you are on a business trip”
To start with positive points. my room was small, but very clean and comfortable. And if you are on a holiday, it is very well located, close to many attraction in Paris. But if you are on a Business trip, you are doomed. The hotel does not have even a basic gym. Wi-Fi was not working and impossible to get any work done. I had a meeting in the afternoon and spent the morning in my room working. But there were a lot of construction noise during the day. During my first night stay, the fire alarm got falsely activated at 6:00am and we had to evacuate our rooms. No single explanation or word of apology from the staff!

No room service before 10:00 am or after 5:00 pm they will not even help you with luggage Even if you ask for the complementary water they will bring like they make a favor They ask me to come downstairs to take adapter its like 3 stars hotel not a 4 stars hotel You gonna pay money for the nice location and clean room only

Simple but sufficient”
The hotel room was small, but that should be expected for a reasonable hotel located near the Champs-Elysee Street. The room was neat and clean and had everything you need. It is only a few minutes away from many metro stations, and Champs-Elysee Street. Easy to find open cafes or bars at nearly any time of the day!

Great location but small rooms”
this hotel was in a great location. it is surrounded by a lot of local restaurants, markets, and some historical landmarks such as the arc and the eiffel tower. it is also incredibly close to the champ elysees where there are a lot of delicious restaurants and tons of stores for great shopping. it is in a safe area. one of the things that i liked best is that if you felt like a tourist and wanted to do all the tourist things, then they were all walking distance from the hotel. however, if you wanted a glimpse of the local life, because of the location of this hotel, you were able to see it first hand as well. the staff was also great and very accommodating.

Great stay at a great location”
The hotel was located in the central part of Paris within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs Elysees. Access to the shops and the Metro stations was excellent. There is also a little Mini-Market very close by as well as an excellent Italian restaurant further down on the next corner. The only criticisms are the wifi was open and was sometimes slow and difficult to connect, and the breakfast charges are a bit high.

Usually skeptical about the content posted online. but this hotel looks as nice as the photos posted! 10-15min stroll to the popular champ Elysees and Arch de Triomph. I'll definitely be back again! :)

newly renovated lovely boutique hotel”
the hotel is conveniently located near Champ Elysee and Arc de Triumph. travel to Eiffel Tower is also only 2-3 stations away... the breakfast in the hotel is too expensive (17 euro per person) but glad that you can easily find other choices... there are several restaurants and bars nearby with reasonable price and selection of different cuisine.. hotel is recently renovated so very refreshing and modern looking (unlike the usual best westerns). staff quite helpful there too. Free wifi and have a computer with printer in the lobby area that are free to use.

excellent location at an affordable price”
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room had no view but it was well appointed with a coffee maker, safe,and flat screen tv. It was also great to have free internet since there was very little selection of TV shows in English. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, however, the gentleman who worked there did not have any useful information to share although he was very polite. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to be walking distance from both the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower.

Very nice centrally located hotel which was steps away From Champs Elysees and Arc de Triumphe. Close walk to the Eiffel Tower as well. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean. Staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need.
