We’ve stayed at various Hilton properties around the world and have always had positive experiences—until now. Unfortunately, the level of customer service at this location was very disappointing. The staff lacked the warmth and professionalism we’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand. That said, the hotel itself was great. The facilities, rooms, and overall cleanliness met our expectations. It’s unfortunate that the service didn’t match the quality of the property.

The **staff were friendly and helpful**, always ready to assist when needed. I also felt that the hotel was **safe and secure**, which was important to me. However, there were a few downsides. The **room size was quite small**, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for the price. Additionally, the **security deposit was extremely high and unreasonable**, particularly since the room rates were already expensive. Overall, the hotel is good for its service and location, but the small rooms and excessive charges (especially the deposit) were disappointing. If these issues were improved, it would be a much better stay.

“Perfect Location—but Prepare for Waits and Elevator Hassles”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a highlight—right in Times Square, which makes it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. You’re really in the heart of all the action. However, the check-in process was extremely slow. There was a long line at the front desk, and it seemed to take a while for each guest to be helped. It wasn’t the best first impression after a day of travel. The same thing happened when I needed to collect my luggage—it took much longer than I expected, and I had to wait around for staff to assist. One major inconvenience is the elevator setup. In order to get to my room, I had to take one elevator from the street level up to the main lobby, and then transfer to another elevator to finally reach my floor. This felt like unnecessary hassle, especially when carrying bags or coming in late at night. It also added to waiting times during busy periods. On a positive note, the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. My room was spotless, and common areas were tidy throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job. Overall, while the location in Times Square is excellent and the hotel is clean, the slow service and inconvenient elevator situation really detracted from the experience. If efficiency and ease of access are important to you, keep these factors in mind.
