We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf during Eid. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are a few areas that really need improvement. When we requested basic amenities like slippers and a dental kit, we were informed that slippers were not available, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The biggest concern was the breakfast experience. The queue was unbelievable we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to be seated. Considering it was Eid, the hotel should have been better prepared for the high number of guests. The food variety was also quite limited compared to expectations. We hope the hotel can improve their service and planning during peak seasons to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.
