"The hotel is very close to the metro, Perier (I think) and was very easy to find. The security at the hotel is very tight, which, for us, is a good thing. The bed is comfortable, and the room is quite spacious. The best thing was the kitchen set-up, it was great to be able to cook simple meals for ourselves. And Carrefour is in the same building, which makes it very convenient! We really enjoyed our stay there, and will definitely stay there again, if ever in Marseille."

"We stayed five nights there. We picked the location because we had 5 days of meetings in the area. The room was clean, decent and plain - lots of white, dark grey, black. Not much fantasy. Spacious bathroom. Internet worked really well. The staff was polite, fast and efficient. This is a business hotel, so we did not expect much more than that anyway. We appreciated the private parking (for an extra 10 euros a day). Like a lot of serviced residences, they don't really have restaurants, so breakfast has to be arranged in advance. On the other hand, this is France, so excellent bakeries are always nearby, and there is a big shopping mall within a 3 minutes walk for all your needs. The area itself is OK, it's in a residential part of Marseille. No tall buildings, lots of trees. It's not too far from beaches, and also from the Calanques national park, if you happen to have some time. Definitely away from downtown. If we have one gripe, it's the fact that there was 3 of us, and that the room came only with 2 sets of towels. When we asked for an extra set, we were told that it was 5 euros a day (!). For a 120 euros/day room ! This is petty at best. Overall, this place fits the bill. Don't expect thrills. "
