Hotel rooms are big and very clean. Had peaceful nights with zero noise. Parking is vast. Location is right in middle of the city. Mr Muniraj at reception is such a nice guy. Will definitely visit whenever I can. It is a true value for money.
Nothing is available in room, they kept the old bath towels,no slippers,no oven, no tooth brush, TV not working, intercom not working, no sofa...

Dear Crown Palace Hotel Management, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which did not live up to the 4-star rating advertised on various booking platforms. Based on my experience, this establishment would not even qualify for a 1-star rating. Several issues need to be addressed: 1. Check-In Experience: Upon arrival, the reception staff immediately asked us to contact Agoda, despite us showing a confirmed booking. It became clear that the staff was unfamiliar with how to verify Agoda bookings, leading to unnecessary confusion and frustration. 2. Room Quality: Despite requesting a non-smoking room, we were placed in a smoky area, and the room was filled with a smoky haze, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the room next to ours was hosting a party, adding noise and further disrupting our stay. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities: Toiletries were not provided, and when requested, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive them. Worse, upon a second request, we were informed there would be an additional charge, which is unacceptable for basic essentials. 4. Food Quality: The food was far from palatable, and the cleanliness of the dining area was grossly lacking. This, combined with the overall hygiene of the establishment, made dining an unpleasant experience. 5. Lobby Atmosphere: The lobby was chaotic, more reminiscent of a busy mall than a hotel. People were loitering, yelling, and treating the space as a common hangout, making it neither welcoming nor peaceful. 6. Customer Service: Overall, the staff appeared untrained and unable to provide basic customer service. Our concerns were not addressed promptly, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. 7. Misleading Facilities Information: The pool and gym were both under construction or renovation during our stay, yet these facilities were listed as operational on the booking platforms. This is a serious misrepresentation that affected our decision to book with your hotel. Given the disparity between the advertised amenities and the reality, I urge hotel management to look into these issues to improve the quality of service and facilities offered. “No next time! ”
The pool water is so so dirty.they did pool cleaning on the day of our checkout so no time to use the pool. Our room door is not closing even though u remove the card key. The ac is like fan its terribly hot. We ordered spaghetti in room service asked to make it sweet and not spicy because it’s for my 2yrs old daughter when the food came it’s spicy and my daughter didn’t eat. The phone in the room is not working so from 14th floor you have to go down to g floor if u need something from reception. There were no towels and slippers in the room when we came. The smell of room is horrible it’s like cockroach smell. It’s really bad. The fridge is defrosting with lot of water spilling on the floor. We need to use lot of tissue to dry it up. Overall it wasn’t a good experience. I will not recommend the hotel. Not worth for your money !!!
