Location of this hotel is far . Walk very long to take the train to airport. With 2 heavy luggage’s it was hard. However room was nice and new. Love the bed! Will stay at other hotel that provides the shuttle bus next time!

Hopefully the charges all come through correctly -- things are pending as I write this review -- but based on my experiences at this hotel, I expect that everything will be processed correctly. I had originally booked a "Deluxe" room for my daughter and I. A few weeks before our trip, I received an emailed offer to upgrade to an "Executive" room for a decent price. I tried to take them up on it, but wasn't sure if the upgrade had gone through or not, since I couldn't quickly figure out how to make the payment (and didn't have much time leading up to our trip to investigate.) Well, when I got there, I was told the upgrade had gone through. I still wasn't sure how the payment would process, but it turned out they took care of that at check-out time. So it was really no problem at all. Our room was on the 7th floor. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had a wide windowsill one could sit on and watch planes taxiing. The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge TV for the room's size (not big, but big enough.)

No one in the door of the hotel to help you for your bags especially if you arrive from long distances flight, poor attitude from the staff , it’s one night stands if you don’t found anther hotel.
