The staff's response feels quick and pleasant. You can tell they are trained. When the safe wouldn't open, when the heating wasn't working, when ice was needed, etc. When I called to say I would like to borrow an air purifier if there was one, I was told they would check and deliver it if available. There was no follow-up, but when I directly asked at the front desk on another day, I was told there wasn't one. Since the air is quite dry, it might be better to place a damp towel or something similar. There was a hair caught in the new towel. However, for the most part, it was clean. The bathtub's drain lock had to be turned by hand to secure it, and I struggled every time I wanted to fill or empty the water. The entrance door is heavy, but they didn't open it for me. Depending on the time, there are only two elevators, so it takes quite a while to wait. Be careful when you have luggage. The air conditioning was either too cold or too hot, and the room circulation wasn't very good. It was my first time using a separate bathtub and shower, which was inconvenient. I was bedridden with a fever for about two days. On the third day, I requested sheet changes, but the next day I fell ill, and since I didn't want to pass my cold to the child sleeping in the same bed, I requested sheet changes again for consecutive days, but the maid got angry with me, saying that sheet changes were not supposed to be done every day. I was also feeling unwell, but I was told to leave the room while it was being cleaned, so I waited in a room with a coffee maker on the third floor. I think that's understandable. They might not recommend changing sheets daily for eco reasons, but I was paying a considerable amount of money every day, and it didn't make the stay cheaper for consecutive nights. When I requested it at the front desk, they agreed, and I continued to have them changed afterward. If asked whether I would stay here again, I would likely say no. Although I was on the 17th floor, the view was not great. It might be better on the other side, so it might be good to request that. The price is high, and though I slept with another adult in a queen bed, it still felt a bit cramped. The location is quite good, with supermarkets nearby, cafeteria-like dining areas, the subway close by, and almost no noise. The ramen at Teppei was delicious. The amenities included a shower cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a coffee maker. On the third floor, there were milk, espresso, cocoa, a water purifier, hot water, and a microwave. The hot water wasn't very warm, so I had to heat it up again with my own kettle.
