"We booked s deluxe room and thought we will be accommodated in better room. Instead we were put in the room on the third floor with very small windows on the floor level with the bars on them. They told us that room is deluxe because of the view and it feels like a joke . Room was very dark with beams hanging at about 6,5feet level. My husband is a tall man so it was very uncomfortable. I just wander what is a basic room in this hotel if this is deluxe ."
