"The receptionist said could get a pillow later, as open 24hours when we went back before 10 pm . It was closed a young man who worked there wad very helpful after 10mins and two phone call got me another rubbish pillow. He was very good also the door did not close probably looked liked been crowbarred open at the bottom."
