It was first class, the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating, we will definately be returning. Ideal for the port.
Not a place for a romantic weekend, but great for a business traveler to stay overnight or for travelers on the go. Rooms are quite small, but very efficient and clean. We even had a small kitchen.
We felt almost at home as the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location. We had everything we needed from gluten free bread to magazines to read and even borrowed a screwdriver! We will definitively come back.
We had a nice stay here. Parking places in the street in front of hotel - paid parking, but not that expensive. Staff is very friendly. We paid extra for breakfast, but it was nice with fresh croissants. Room is a bit small, but fine for a night or 2. Very close to the trainstation
Arab rude staffs and arabs guests who talk really loud until 5:00am. I could not sleep and the hotel smell like the toilet. The same staff who clean the room, work in information as well. It took 3 hours to check in for me! I arrived at 12am and I had my room at 15:00! Then they said it’s exceptional!
One night in August: smooth check in, staff had acknowledged my request for the bed and it was done in 2 mn very professionally. Quiet, comfortable single room with all expected amenities and conveniently located. Still, I remember visiting this hotel nearly 10y ago and absolutely nothing has changed, deco feels worn out. Very small jacuzzi and if you look at the roof ...
I rated the hotel as excellent except for 'facilities' because the lighting was so dim that I had to use a torch to read at night and on cloudy days. However, I especially appreciated the negotiable check in/out times to coincide with arrival/departure times of Brittany Ferries.
