              Loved the concept of this hotel”

              Loved the total self checkin and checkout and the whole concept from environmental friendliness and modernization. Great for a single traveler or couple. The room is so well planned out - everything at the control of the in-room iPad - room temperature/ lights/blinds/curtains/tv. The breakfast was excellent and dinner options for everyone. The staff were always ready to help and super friendly. Would definitely stay at a citizenM when traveling around the world.

              The Staff makes a BIG difference”

              It's definitely an experience I've never had: the room was smaller than I thought in the pictures, but had a lot of bells and whistles, and definitely felt like it was more suited for couples, being that the bathroom was exactly in a room of its own. Everything was controlled by an iPad, which as a tech enthusiast, I really enjoyed. But the real highlight was the staff: they were of different background and even countries. They definitely know how to care for their clients. Heck, one of them helped us catch an international train ride on his way back from work. Amazing person, and awesome hotel experience.

              great for business trip and shopping. great breakfast experience. bit of overstaffed )) but still good service. Far away from Paris center if you are into siteseeing, you will loose lots of time for trasfers.

              Great Place to Stay”

              Shout out to the amazing staff including Solomon and others. Some points to improve - Breakfast menu can be improved though, I was there for 3days everyday had the same menu, also more French cuisines can be added. Basic toiletries, vanity and dental kit can be delivered at least. Flipflops are a must. The vibe in room, and centralised control and lighting is awesome.

              Clean and organized”

              Located a 10 min walk away from La Defense station with multiple train lines. Metro line 1 and RER line A. Can be at the Arc De Triomphe in 15 mins from the room and Gare Du Nord in another 10. Hotel was clean and functional. Staff, especially Dory and Nicholas were amazing, friendly and spoke perfect English (if that's needed). Breakfast was nice, excellent coffee. Could have done with one more hot item daily. Small but hi tech and well organized room. Dory gave us early check in and a room with a nice view to the La Defense Arena across the street. Highly recommended.

              un week end dans un lieu exceptionnel, avec un concept innovant!!! la chambre hi tech, on a pu choisir la vue!!! un personnel très courtois, à votre attention et proffessionnel!!!! petit hic, si vous choississez comme nous de prolonger votre séjour jusqu'à 16h pour profiter des nombreux films à visionner et d'un repos mériter, vous serez dérangé par la femme de ménage qui s'occupe des chambres avoisinantes et bruyante!!!               Muhteşem bir otel”

              Eylül ayında 2 kişi konakladık. Otelin tek eksisi merkezden biraz uzak olması, ancak fiyat belirlenirken de bu göz önüne alınmış. Konum haritada merkeze biraz daha uzak görünüyor ancak Arc de Triomphe'tan metroyla 15 dakika ve çok kısa bir yürüyüşle otele rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Bulunduğu yer şahane, son derece güvenli. Paris gibi bir yerde bu kriter oldukça önemli. Otelin kendisi de muhteşem. Odaları küçük ama yeterli, yataklar çok rahat, pencerenin büyük olması detayı çok güzel, banyo, oda ve otelin geneli son derece temiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve Avrupa şartlarına göre oldukça başarılı. Biz 1 gece kaldık ama daha çok kalabilmeyi isterdim. Tekrar Paris'e gittiğimde tercih edeceğim ilk yer burası olacak.
