Unbeatable Value for Location & Amenities”
Serviced apartment with metro stop at its doorstep, connected to 3 metro lines. Convenience stores & pharmacies right around the corner. Walking distance to the Tour Eiffel. Row of very good restaurants & bistros across the road, even a couple boulangeries that open by 0730. Very impressed by the location & convenience. Room itself is clean with many practical amenities, and the building even comes with a launderette in its basement. Highly recommended for longer (>3 nights) stay travelers.

Nice home for short&long stay ”
we stayed 4 nights in Studio apartment. The room was spacious, clean, bright, Bed was comfortable enough, and small kitchenette and the bathtub were huge plus for our stay. There is a supermarket just around the corner, lovely bakery (Merci Jerome, try Croissant nutella!) , Starbucks etc. we always had our nice breakfast in the room. The view of Eiffel tower from our room was lovely, not sure if you can catch the view below 6th floor but definitely 6&7th floor rooms. There is Metro station and bus stop right in front of the hotel. Bus #80 will take you straight to Champs Elysses area within 20min. The location was super ideal, safe and relaxed neighborhood yet still close to every sites. Definitely come back to this place next time again!!

Fast response to error in room”
Staff is friendly, credit to Marianna who is excellent. My last night in the hotel happen that our room water heater was spoil, under 15min we have a new room. I would say they react to your needs asap and not let you wonder what to do next or how to resolve issues. Great view of Eiffel tower from our room 320 and 314.

Fantastic view of Eiffel Tower ”
Stayed on the 5th floor room with a wonderful view of Eiffel Tower… check-in process was swift, staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, spacious studio bedroom come with kitchenette and kitchen utensils, have heater in the bathroom and bathtub, very close to Metro station, just across our hotel, McDonald just next to our hotel. Starbucks is just across the road, and many cafes and restaurants within few minutes walk from hotel, a plus point- there’s Monoprix just 2 minutes walk from hotel, where you can get your groceries, for breakfast, snacks, and even clothings as well. There’s a Franprix which also 3 minutes away from hotel… definitely will stay here in our next visit to the city of ❤️

I chose the room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it disn’t disappoint. The metro station is also beside the hotel so it’s convenient to go around the city.

1 night couple’s stay ”
We stayed here for one night for Valentine’s. Would definitely recommend booking a balcony room with view as it was the cherry on top to an already lovely room. The room was spacious with a big comfy bed and a handy little kitchen that we would have used had we stayed longer. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Base to Explore Paris”
Choosing a hotel in Paris is hard - either they're crazy expensive and centrally located, or cheaper and far away. Citadines is a really good compromise between both. A Metro stop is right next to the hotel, and the Eiffel Tower is a 10~15 minute walk away (and also the River Seine river taxis). The only downside is that sometimes when subways travel through the area it's a little noisy, but this didn't impact my sleep at all. Recommended.

The location was good and near the metro line that takes you to Eiffel , hakiem bir bridge , trocadero directly. Free water, coffee,choco machine at the lobby. There was a alarm that rings in the morning during my 2 days stay. Not sure why, and I didn't probe. Was able to see top half of the Eiffel tower from my room

Booked the apt for 4pax. Excellent location with bakery n monoprix n pharmacy n a shopping street on the side . Next to McDonald’s n sushi store. I stayed for 8days n they gave me a Low floor even though I had requested for high floor earlier. Silly that No tissue boxes were provided. I asked n was told to buy when everywhere is closed on Christmas! He didn’t even offer me the tissue box in front of him or look into the store.. The ladies at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. Coffee machine at lobby so u bring yr own cup down.

Not a bad choice at all!”
Except the well anticipated train noise during running of the metro M8 & M6, we would appreciate if the water pressure of the shower could be stronger. Otherwise the location in the vicinity of the Eiffel Tower and the convenience of a local shopping street (Ave of Commerce) are a big credit to the accommodation!
