“Kindness, cleanliness, and location are all perfect.”
Alona Austria is truly the best accommodation. I will definitely visit again next time. The staff is very friendly, and everything is clean, including the facilities and the accommodation. They take great care of the grass and flowers, and providing separate shower towels and pool towels made it very convenient and pleasant for hopping or using the pool beach. The location is close to the restaurant area, making it easy to go to great eateries, and being slightly set back helps block external noise, making it quiet and optimal at night. Above all, there is absolutely no noise from neighbors or upper floors. Everything about this accommodation is perfect. The answers to my questions were prompt, accurate, and friendly. I travel abroad a lot every year, but I appreciate every little detail. The toilet paper was not the cheap kind that tears easily; they used good quality paper, and the cleaning was done neatly. The bidet (which seemed to be well maintained) had adjustable water pressure, hot water came out quickly, and the water pressure was good. The pool also had shaded areas around 2 PM, which was nice. The fact that there is no restaurant actually becomes an advantage. If it were closer to the main road, there would have been noise, but it is at a reasonable distance, so it's quiet.
