Modest but sensible choice”
There is no safe, no fridge, and no decent soap/shampoo (only this liquid dispenser that cleans anything from head to toe, and from kitchen to windows...) But for the price, the rooms are modern, air-conditioned, the bed is comfortable, and the desk area is very usable. Location is good, most places are accessible by a 10-15 walk

good for the budget”
on a slightly dodgy lane with mainly guys hanging out around food stands at any time of the day- easy to avoid though and the lane is very short. it is otherwise near the river crossing to the bellecour region. if you continue walking east, the streets are also wide and nice once you exit the lane. appreciate that mask-wearing was mandatory in the reception area

Great location”
Though the exact are is a bit rough at night during the day it’s great and close to everything you want to see. 8 min bus from train station. Hotel isn’t perfect but for $100 cad a night for 3 it’s great and has air conditioning. There is a beautiful pool down the street on river for 8 euros to relax

Central and very convenient location”
the campanile lyon centre berges du rhone hotel is very convenient for those who want to visit lyon as it is in a central position. you can easily walk to the district 2 or the old lyon where you can find typical restaurants. the metro is also nearby. it is located in a quiet street so not noisy. the employees are very kind and helpful. the breakfast is good.

The hotel is situated 6 tram stops away from Lyon Part-Dieu Railway Station, but it is in the inside streets away from the main tram road. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and tidy but a bit small and crowded. Free wifi connection though a bit slow in some times. Many good restaurants nearby and the staff would introduce you. The breakfast was not as rich as we thought of. The same price could dine better at Part-Dieu Commercial Centre.

Lyon travel by foot can't really comment on much on buses , train. room is basic & clean. staff is friendly & helpful. Most important they can speak English in France. Recommend stay if I come Lyon again.

It wrotes that 5 minutes walk by the train station,actually it's 3 stops by tram. However, the hotel is very nice, room is good, clean, and service is very good. It's nearby the river, so very close to the city center and shopping area.

Great location & easy access to public transport”
Great location next to tram and underground, in a small and no traffic street, so it is quiet. Rooms well heated and provided baby cot as requested. Free and high speed wifi. Excellent croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast. Our room was roomy, not as squeezed as we expected; good point. Plenty of convenience stores and oriental and Asian eateries around, very handy for a meal om the cheap. Will recommend this hotel.

Trash. ”
It was trash. It's totally different from other Campanile hotels. It was super old hotel (It's hard to call it "HOTEL".) with expensive parking. I just stayed at this hotel to drive to Nice from Paris. They should change the pictures. Hilarious, dirty room with nothing to expect. Even worse, the staffs were not friendly, either. Parking was expensice as well. I will never ever go to Lyon again in my life. It was a terrible experience in a terrible city.

of extensive travel as it has laundry facilities. Location not that convinient. Staff very sweet. Again, only booked here as we travelled 6 weeks and were here on week 3 to do laundry haha. but such great value for money.
