The staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel was excellent in every aspect. Since we mentioned it was our honeymoon, they even prepared a surprise gift for us. The amenities like the pool and spa were also wonderful, making for a dreamlike honeymoon. I definitely want to recommend it to others and feel like it will remain a cherished memory for a long time.

Bürgenstock is a really beautiful and well maintained hotel located on the hill. It’s slightly inconvenient to get to the main town of Lucerne (you either have to drive/take a bus down a long road or ride the funicular then change to a boat) but it’s extremely scenic for it’s location. There are plenty of food options in the vicinity and nice trails to walk. The Hammetschwand Lift is also a short walk away. The pool and spa is obviously the highlight

The view is really beautiful from any angle, and I am grateful to have come across such a wonderful hotel! The prices are on the high side, typical of Switzerland, but it was a hotel that made me want to stay again! However, I was disappointed that the Gucci sunglasses I left in the cigar bar were said to be "not there" when I hurried to check the next day. I can't think of anywhere else they could be, so it was unfortunate.

“Impressive service and location.”
We had a wonderful stay here. The location is stunning, and the service is outstanding—every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! The bike trip excited my son very much; riding down the mountain and cycling around the lake, and finally taking the cable car back to the hotel left him with great memories. Although it's far from my country, I truly want to come back here and sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone!
