Great, comfortable hotel”
Fantastic staff that were so helpful when we checked in, and provided great recommendations on what to see in Lyon. We were jet lagged and were able to check in 1-2hr early which was amazing. Rooms are small, which isn't surprising, but the king bed was very nice. Shower was great. Coffee maker setup in room. Very quiet room (we had inner courtyard room). Great location to walk around Lyon, it was no problem to do a full walk to Old Lyon and head up the hill to see the whole city, before walking down and going through the shopping district on the way home

Convenient and good service ”
I always stay at Boscolo when I visit Milan for it’s convenient location in the city Center, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Lyon Boscolo did not disappoint in this respect. It’s location facing the river with Rue Republique behind could not be more convenient. All staff especially the front desk were very nice. Roger especially stood out for taking time to ensure we enjoyed our first visit to Lyon

After sightseeing around France for 7 days, we landed in Boscolo Lyon and this hotel was a sanctuary. With a spa, heated pool, sauna, and gorgeous room, this hotel was perfect for a restful day for us. Highly recommended!

Lovely overnight stay”
Perhaps a bit pricey for a stop over hotel, it’s unfortunate we didn’t have more time to enjoy the hotel. I would recommend staying at least two nights. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful pool, sports area small but nice. The rooms were large and very clean.

I really liked this hotel. It’s light and airy ( we upgraded to a Riverview room ) and breakfast was great. Also you can walk to everything without being on top of all the noise.

Nice hotel- Some front desk staff not so nice”
The hotel is in a great location. Central to tourist spots and not far from Lyon Part-Dieu train station. The restaurant was good. The room (one queen bed) was clean, very quiet, and the perfect size for a solo traveler. Unfortunately, the staff who were working during the morning when I checked in were not so welcoming, friendly, or helpful as you would expect from a 5-star rated hotel. I was excited to arrive and was able to check in early, but the check-in seemed to be a bit confusing, no one provided the Wi-Fi login, no offer to help assist with taking my luggage to the room, and no city map was provided. However, the next morning, the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. So it's hit or miss, unfortunately. I have experienced similar attitudes whenever I have booked my hotels from Agoda and other online websites. It's as if the quality of service is not held to a high standard if you are paying a discounted rate vs. making a reservation directly with the hotel.
