Exceptional”

Our first time at Paris was wonderful! Our stay at BW Premier Opera Liege, was awesome! The staffs are super friendly, the room (most importantly the washroom) is super clean and quiet! We're offered a portable wifi, which is so helpful when trying to find places around us!! In addition, the Metro is a one min walk from the hotel and 15 mins walk to Galerie Lafayette. What you see is what you get. Great value. I will stay here again for my next Paris visit. Thank you.

Well when I arrived this hotel, my condition was horrible. SAS didn’t deliver my baggage properly and my boss was really angry with our business associates in Germany. Our plan was enjoying Paris before finish our one-month business trip in Europe, but from the very beginning it started with disaster, the baggage. Actually it arrived around two days later. But due to the hospitality of hotel crews, we could stay very well in Paris. We could use metro very well because there are several metro stations from this hotel (within 750m radius), and most important thing to Korean… There is quite good Korean restaurant within 15 minutes walk. If you want to visit Paris and want to stay good hotel, here will be one of the best choice what you can make in Paris. But if you want something else, like an enjoying swimming pool or something like that, I strongly recommend to go to Sri Lanka, Galle.

Great value for Paris 5 star”

This is an excellent choice for thise who want 5 star rooms in Paris without payibg hundreds per day. Excellent room, good location (quiet street), friendly staff, good breakfast, all of these superior to most other non-chic 5 star hotels in Paris. Highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel”

It was clean, cozy, convenient hotel. There are friendly and nice staff members. The breakfast is very good. But the fridge was broken and it was very hot in Paris. On the second day since I complained, they changed the fridge but it still didn't work. It was unfortunate. But other than that. Everything was great. I want use this hotel again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff”

Very welcoming hotel, in a convenient location. Our room was a little small but had everything we needed, and was clean and modern. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to visit. It was certainly a good choice for a short break in Paris.

Good Value for Money”

Good location, good value for the price compared to other hotels in Paris . Rooms are clean and not large if you have multiple large luggages (like we did) but otherwise good for a short stay. Wish the staff were friendlier but otherwise a all round good stay!

Great, quiet, beautiful hotel”

I'm choosing this hotel as recommended by a friend, and it is truly worthy to recommend. Location of this Hotel is convenient and close to Liege station (line 13) and the other station (can't recall the name) for line 14. Inside hotel it's clean and quiet. There is a capsule coffee machine with the room for guest use. Every morning I'm having a fresh coffee first thing after wake up. I'll recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, Excellent location”

Excellent Location, (1 min walk to metro and the bus station - 30 minutes walk to the Louvre and city center).. nice clean and cozy and warm hotel, we enjoyed our stay but I was just I was surprised that the flight & hotel pack did not cover the hotel taxes! I paid the taxes when I was booking online and I paid another taxes when I just arrived at the hotel, and then I paid the city taxes when I was leaving the hotel. I know that I have the city taxes directly to the hotel, but why I paid another 2 tax fees? But this will not change my opinion that we enjoyed our stay at hotel, and enjoyed our week in Paris.

- Best Hotel is right. But I think the hotel is not 5 star. - Room was very clean as 5 star! - Breakfast was good! - Location was good. Very closed from Liege station. But i visited used from rossisy bus and taxi. - Hotel bed was too soft. if you like soft bed. This hotel is a good choice. If i visit in france. I will use same hotel than hilton hotel. Thank you for everything.

Leisure Trip”

Wasn't as near to the Opera shopping area as we thought. Liege isn't a major train station but fairly near to other big interchange stations. Its a nice quiet area. Breakfast was good, not a big spread but items were of good quality. Staff friendly. Overall good experience.

Nice hotel with great staff”

The hotel is newly renovated. The executive room that I booked was spacious and very clean. Service was excellent and the staff was helpful in arranging airport transport for me. Although I had already checked out, they were kind enough to offer drinks when I was early and the driver had not arrived. Overall everything was well taken care of. The only minus I could think of is the location. Not very convenient and not near main shopping belt and it's about 10-15 min walk to Opera. Nearby Liege metro station serves 1 line and you need to change train if you want to go sightseeing, other than Champs Elysees.

Very good location, nice room”

The hotel is located very close to liege metro station (like 2 minutes walk). There are a lot of restaurants & 2 bakeries near the hotel. Within 7 minutes walk, you can find minimarket, McD, KFC and another metro station. Post office is also near. The room is clean and modern, the staffs are nice. There's a nespresso machine in the room

Great hotel with nice and clean room. Especially with friendly staff and so helpful with all the ad-hoc inquiry and services. location of hotel also convenience within 5 min walking to Liege metro and 15min walking to famous shopping (Printemps and Lafayette). Value for Money and reasonable price. will visit again for my next trip.

Convenient location with clean room”

The hotel is at a convenient location with 2 minutes’ walk to the nearest metro station Liege and with walking distance to shopping area. The room is clean but too small for big luggage and with no views outside the window. Even the toilet is very small. The bed is comfortable. All the lady staff were friendly and helpful, especially the first one helped us checking in showed us the city map and the ways to go to most of the must-see destinations in the city. However, the hotel provides only one bottle of drinking water at the first day of check-in with no replacement, no matter how long is your stay in the hotel. Also, you have to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as the hotel does not provide those items. As a can drink disappeared one day from the fridge when we came back from outside and we reported to the front desk at once, even though the lady staff said she would not charge us, but it made us worry about the safety inside the room. Maybe, it was only a single event. All in all, it is a nice hotel to stay in Paris.

Close to liege metro (3mins)”

Hotel is located really close to liege metro. Room is nice and new. No slippers and nespresso machine, we moved to executive room the next day, there're slippers & nespresso machine. There's an elevator in the facility. Staffs were nice and helpful

this was our first trip to paris, the hotel was the best hotel I have stayed in EVER! the staff were extremely helpful and always ensure we were pointed in the right direction. the rooms were large and spacious, If i could i would live here!

Overall, the hotel is great as it's clean and cosy and all the staff are very friendly. We will definitely go back to stay with this hotel during our next trip to Paris.

This Hotel is excellent had a lovely room which was well a pointed, the staff are very helpful and the hotel is in a good location. If I come to Paris again I will stay here again. And have told my friends about it too.
