BEST STAY DURING OUR TRAVEL IN UK AND FRANCE”

The reception was friendly and welcoming and answer all our questions, offered us maps when we did not ask for it (Thumbs up!) Lobby had a lovely snacks and drinks corner for guest like us who are tired or hungry after exploring the city to get some snacks before going back to our room. Biscuits and sweets are so TASTY! Housekeeping was great, room is always cleaned after we are back and toiletries and teas replenished! Most value and wonderful hotel stay, after staying for 5 nights we still can't bear to leave this hotel. Pillow ann bed is super comfortable Amazing prices + Big room + Great Service. Strongly recommend travelers to stay here. Thank you Best Western!

Amazing Stay”

Hotel was not too big but it was definitely clean. At the lobby, they had fresh fruits and tea and coffee, available to all the guests. Receptionist was nice and even gave us some suggestions to fully enjoy our first time in Paris. Room was a little too small but the bathroom was huge and nice. They had some pretty good toiletries and a really nice showerhead. Bed was the comfiest we've had in our entire Euro trip. Room was complete with a coffee maker, chocolates and biscuits. Location was a little far from the attractions but we didnt mind taking long walks because of the nice weather. There were also a lot of nice bistros and pattisseries around the hotel.

A very cozy hotel that has all what you need...”

Very comfortable bed, friendly staffs, had all the amenities you needed in the room, complimentary water was good. Location was close to central and had to take the Metro to most central venues (Gallery Lafayette, Louvre, etc) but luckily Paris has Uber so no issues on transportation. It would be ideal if prices was cheaper so that we could accommodate the transport costs to the central venues.

Good location, within 5 minutes to Rome station. Great amenities as every single room comes with its own coffee machine and complementary coffee capsules. One time free mini bar which includes soft drinks, chocolate and chips. Shampoo and body wash of of well known brand - Nuxe. Friendly staff. To airport, you can catch bus no 66 from the next street, approx 2 minutes walk. Bus stop is on the left hand side of a pharmacy to Opera station. You then can catch a Roisy bus for Euro12 to the airport. Very convenient location.

Honeymoon ”

Best hotel that we've stayed in Paris since ever! A brand new hotel in 9me zone, inaugurated in past December, located among Rome, Liege and Europe Metro stations. 10 min by foot to St. Lazare train station and 15 min to the Galerie Lafayette!

Exceptional”

Fantastic hotel, wonderful bathroom and amenities provided. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Nespresso machine in room and initial mini bar contents were free (refilled contents came at a charge). Accommodating staff. Bit of a walk to nearest Metro station but quiet and safe neighbourhood. Small room but standard for Paris.

Good hotel decent location walking distance to some famous shopping mall in Paris , 4 stops away from champs Elyse main streets about 10 min by metro , metro station is few min walks from hotel , good breakfast , some rooms are small , overall is good hotel

The hotel looks small but the room is so nicely set up. I love my stay there and the hotel staff are very friendly. Location is good and within minutes walk from 2 metro stations. I would sty here again next time I'm in Paris.

I was surpirse coz of its facilities, the room is cozy, new & clean. I also love the bathroom with Nuxe products (body&hair gels, lotion,..). Even though its not located in the center but there are 3 metro stations around the hotel so its not a big deal to go around the city. Thus, their staffs are so nice, friendly and willing to help.

Pros: Staying in this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were firm and soft at the same time, the room was very clean, the adjustable thermostat worked well, the soaps, the shampoo and conditioner was high quality, the room had a nice view, the coffee machine gave great coffee, the refreshments and snacks in the fridge were great the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very welcoming and kind. Cons: the shower doors didn’t close completely so water could easily go out of the shower, and no gym but this is just a personal preference Overall my family and I had a great experience in this hotel. Will 100% come back and recommend to a friend.

Greedy!”

Nice and helpful staff, facilitating check-in and check-out process. There was a 26 hr flight delay on Bristish airways and that threw off our entire plans (where to go, what to do, how to get therr, etc), but Agoda (travel agency we booked with) and the hotel refused to reimburse our first 2 nights of the 4 nights we booked. We gave them 48 hours prior to check-in but they didnt seem to care, not even after we submitted the proof for the flight delay situation from the US to France. Greedy! Agoda agents are stationed in China. They aren’t very helpful either. So, we showed up in Paris 2 days late and wasted our 2 nights of hotel. The hotel knew we werent coming so they rented it out anyways. They had no problem renting to others for those two nights, yet they didnt listen to what we had to say. Rooms are nice but tiny. Could barely walk between bed’s footboard and TV stand without brusing my skinny knees/hips.

value for money, especially for a short stay in Paris. Location is great just within 3 mins walking distance to the Metro. Staff was nice to allow us to check in a bit earlier.

The location is great and near to Rome metro. There was friendly front desk who were welcoming us with friendly greetings the moment we step into the hotel. They given us the highest floor where I was putting my request on the Agoda booking before, but I think the highest floor is actually not an good idea because the room have smaller design. Another side note is, the floor in the bathroom was too slippery and I fell down and got injured after I was out from the shower room. Be careful and put the floor mat near the shower room.

Excellent location & value for money ”

The location is excellent. It’s closed to 3 metro stations which makes it super convenient to travel by train. Yet it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel room & facilities is those typical executive hotel: clean & comfortable, with a small fridge & coffee machine. The staff is helpful & friendly too.
