Fantastic reception staff”
The reception staff at this hotel were really lovely - friendly, helpful and provide great tips on what to see in the city. The lady with the long, dark hair and glasses was especially good. The rooms were fine but it's difficult to stay here if travelling alone as there is no "Do not disturb" sign for the door (however after a "getting out of the shower" near miss with the cleaner the first day, I asked for my room not to be cleaned too early at reception and it was fine thereafter). There is some traffic noise and the inevitable noise from people going to and from room but other than that the location is good although a little away from the centre (20 min walk) but there is nearby bus and tram and a daily travelcard is only 6 euro.

Worn hotel, worst breakfast”
I have not stayed in such a worn hotel for long. Worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. Staff is mostly friendly but seems a little overwhelmed to me. So called patio/veranda rooms are not suitable for smoking in comfort outside of your room privately. Will definitely stay elsewhere next Tim in Lyons.

Hotel propre Mais rien avoir avec un 4*”
Les prestations, les chambres, les services n'ont rien avoir avec un 4* Catastrophe : la climatisation n'est pas au bon vouloir du client, par soucis d’économie, la direction de cet hotel switch l'AC off durant l'automne, indépendamment du bon vouloir du client et de la météo qui affichait ce weekend la au plus haut 24*C. Apres avoir passe une horrible nuit, avec le choix cornélien de laisser la fenêtre ouverte , qui donnait sur une terrasse accessible par n'importe quelle personne mal attentionnée, qui ne se lockait pas car le loquet était casse, ou mourir de chaud dans la petite chambre (supérieure) ou l'on étouffait et guère digne d'un 4*. Apres moult appels au lobby infructueux, et face a l’incapacité du personnel en place a résoudre nos problèmes, nous avons passe une nuit horrible. Nous qui voulions profiter de ce moment de couple privilégié pour se reposer, nous fumes fort déçu.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für ein Hotel mit dieser Zimmergrösse nicht akzeptable. Extrem hellhörige Zimmer. Generell macht das Hotel einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck. Personal (1 Person an der Rezeption) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

리옹역에서 택시로 5분정도 걸렸던 것 같습니다.주변이 조용하고 호텔 바로 옆에 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들는 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 룸은 많이 좁아서 캐리어를 펼칠수가 없었습니다.

Nu recomand micul dejun care pe langa faptul că este 15 Euro ( continental ),dacă vrei un fruct, cas sau șuncă pentru fiecare mai trebuie să plătești cate 1.50 euro. Este pentru prima dată când am văzut așa ceva. In rest , totul ok.
