Great location for access to the Jungfrau region and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast provided. Well maintained old features of the hotel add to it's charm

“Omg the hotel was closed! We were not informed.”
We went all the way up slope with our heavy luggage. And was so surprised it was closed! Asked a nice lady from another hotel nearby. She said it was not the first time! There are 2 sister hotels where this hotel and another gathered people to another hotel (Silberhorn, 4star) when they do not get enough guests. Although its an upgrade and the Silberhorn might be better in some ways, we didnt expect such changes. Poor management!
