Watch out for the short check in times, we requested extension but no response. Owner called on the day of our arrival and asked if we would make it. Because that was not certain, he asked me to cancel the booking and he would pay back the money. We cancelled but he did not pay it back and did not pick up the phone or respond to text massages anymore. I saw later in other booking platforms that he does this more often. My mistake that I trusted him and trusted he would extend the check in times. From the general conditions he was entitled to do it like this, but still it feels very much unfair
