Homey Comfy CondoTel- simple but elegant interior condotel designed for our guests who wishes to make their staycation like home but away from home. A classy-look 1BR is located at the heart of the City of Davao at 24th Avida Tower 2. Our goal is to make sure our guests will enjoy the feeling of "Homey & Comfy" environment. The overlooking Seaview of Samal & Mountain View of Mt. Apo while on the bed squeezing the 300 thread counts of pillow cases, bedsheets & comforter is a MUST-experience :)

Plus we require deposit amounting Php2500 but refundable (in full but less bank fees for non-BDO account) as long as no damages after check out. And, it will be refunded to you 1 day after check out.

We had fun and we enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and the kitchen stuffs are complete. If you're an introvert person like us and you want to use the pool, I suggest you swim in the afternoon around 2pm. All in all 💯 over 💯

Love the place…. So clean… everything you need is in there from internet connection, hot shower, washing machine,blower, extension wire, refrigerator with free ice❤️ microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, induction cooker , utensils and bidet😍 towels , body soap, shampoo and tissues are provided too A hassle free stay …location is very accessible to shops and staffs are very approachable too. Instructions where given through email … so everythin is ready and on set… thank you❤️❤️❤️ A superb stay❤️ And at a very affordable price😍

Great location and view”

Walking distance from a lot of great dining options. Building was secure and well-maintained. The apartment itself was clean, somewhat spacious, and cozy, and hassle free to check into. However, it seems like the apartment was not very well prepared for a third person. The sofa bed didn't have complete beddings, and there were only 2 big towels provided. Still, i would book again if there are just 2 of us.

Superb!”

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The scenery in the 24th floor is breathtaking especially night time. The flickering lights of the city is so beautiful. The location is very convenient since it is i the heart of Davao. Definitely recommended!
