Best Hotel with affordable price”
We stayed at this Hotel while visited Paris. I love this cosy hotel interior. They provide comfortable room for family and the best things is affordable price. This hotel near to 2 differen station train which are main station train from Gare de Nord to Gare de Lyon and another one if you plan to go to Eiffel tower. Easy from here.

3rd time”
This is my 3rd time at the hotel. Apparently they have good room and not so good room. My first one was so-so (2x single room) the second and third was double room. But all the room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is a little bit old only.

Nice hotel , everything you need available .Lobby with free tea and wifi were you can sit quietly and plan youre Paris trips . A place to store youre suitcases and good check in time ( 14.oo) check out at 12Super location 7 min walk to Gare du Nord. Supermarket and across the street and backery almost next door. We had a very quiet inside room that was renovated and aa good bed with new bathroom ( you need to let the water run for a good while to get hot water) only french tv channels was a minus . Friendly staff, small buffet breakfast was included in our hotel booking . I would stay here again .

A fantastic place to stay when travelling to/from Gare du Nord ”
Absolutely fantastic place! So glad I found it for my short stay in Paris. I travelled with Eurostar so the location was key. It took me 5mins walking to get to the station. There are also plenty of local restaurants and bars around. The room was sparkling clean with lovely huge bed and bath! It was also very quiet which made my stay very relaxing. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Really recommend this place for anyone who is travelling and staying in Paris.

Perfect for a budget trip ”
Don’t get me wrong, this is by no means a fancy accommodation. But for a solo traveler to Paris who wanted a clean, affordable, and accessible location for a base camp in Paris, it checked all my marks. I’m more than happy with the value for money it offered. Room was really small, specially the bathroom, but again typical of a single room in Paris. On a Main Street so it can be quite noisy, but the windows provide adequate isolation and I used earplugs as needed. It provided adequate heating so it was perfect for a cold December in Paris. Location just next to gare du Nord provided great accessibility to the entire city. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Lovely hotel, great staff”
The location of the Avalon Hotel was perfect for what we needed, just down the road from the Gare du Nord. The staff were all very welcoming, very polite and very professional. The hotel is secure and everything that we needed. A place to stay for our trips. The building is old, but quaint, and the breakfast was a nice start to the day. Just another quick point on the staff. No matter the question or request, all answered and were very clear.

Compact but comfy”
The room my friend and I had was pretty small. But the bed is super comfy and the bathroom was huge. We didn’t need a large place as we would only stay there to sleep. Staff was super nice. They would always be helpful, they would answer all your questions when it comes to directions, they would offer you coffee when you work at the lobby even if it’s super early in the day. The maintenance staff were also so kind and accommodating. Walking distance to some of the best boulangeries!

Great value for the money”
Super location 5 min from Gare du Nord and 5 min from Gare de L'Est, nice big, clean room with view to the trees at the boulevard, quiet even if on a main street, and very kind staff. Big comfortable bathroom and really comfy beds. Only thing that would be great was nicer cosy lamps, and a better breakfast, but all this is easy sort w a bit of imagination. One can not expect more for this super fair price in central Paris! The kind staff made a difference to our stay, and we will definitely be back, thank you for such a nice stay!

Hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from Gare du Nord. Staff is friendly. Room decor was a bit dated and the Wi-Fi reception on the first floor was shockingly slow and prone to dropping connectivity.

If you travel by train and arriving at Gare du Nord, this hotel is just 2-3 minutes walking distance to Gare du Nord. Room is big. I chose 2 single beds and a queen bed. We stayed for 3 adults and 3 little kids. It was comfortable and clean. Staffs were very hospitable. They have elevator.

Only a short 5mins walk to Gare du Nord station, which literally allowed you to travel to anywhere in Paris via public transport. Some great eateries available nearby too. Highly recommended for solo and family travelers alike.
