It is in an awarded design building, well-integrated with the local community. It is an idea place for solo travelers and business trips, especially when you want a kitchen and a yard.

I stayed here with my young daughter for four nights; we had a room with a double bunk, a sink, and a private shower (but shared toilets in the hall). Everything was scrupulously clean, and the room was pleasant - it was nice to have a wardrobe to hang things up. The mattresses were comfortable, although the pillows were very thin. The included breakfast was nothing special but there was plenty to choose from: cereal, bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, boiled eggs. It's worth noting that they don't want you to have more than one of anything - and if you get half the things, then go back later for the rest then the staff will probably tell you off, even though you're not taking more than you're allowed. This was pretty annoying. It was very pleasant having an outside area to eat in; in May it was lovely and warm. The communal kitchen is on the small side. I only went in in the evenings to make a cup of tea, and I don't think it would have been easy to make a proper meal around the other people using the kitchen. The park that runs along the back of the hostel (accessed from the top of rue Pajol or rue Riquet) is lovely - shady and peaceful. It has a small playground, and the park in general is good for hide-and-seek! I read other reviews that mentioned a lot of people hanging around outside the hostel. I agree there was a fair bit of street life going on (there are two bars out front after all), but it never bothered us - it actually seemed to be mostly families hanging out. We had a room facing the street and never heard any noise at all at night. There are two metro stations close to the hostel, Marx Dormoy (on line 12) and La Chapelle (on line 2). There was lots of street life happening around those too, which appeared to be guys selling black market cigarettes. They never bothered me, probably because an obvious tourist with a kid isn't going to be interested in a shady tobacco transaction - but if I were on my own and a bit younger I might have felt n

Rude and condascending front desk staff”
The place was good however beware of the bald guy at the front desk. I was just asking if it is possible to switch me in a bed that’s on the lower bunk because I wake up super early and dont want to disturb the person by going up and down early in the morning. the conversation was good at first. He explained that they are reserving the beds for PWD and old people, which I completely understand. then he went by saying that maybe I should’ve booked a premier hotel. In the end, he booked two young ladies and one bed is vacant for that night. This guy shouldn’t be working at the front desk.

FRONT DESK 3 GIRLS WERE ASKED TO GIVE CHANGE OF 5 EURO FOR MY LOCKER AS IT NEED 2 EURO COINS ONLY IN LEFT LUGGAGE ROOM BUT LOTS OF BEGGING AND REQUESTS ONE LADY WALKED IN OFFICE AND GAVE CHANGE OF 5 EURO. NOBODY LOOK LIKE HELPING NATURE. NO BODY WANTED TO WALK 20 FEETS TO INSIDE OFFICE TO GIVE CHANGE.

Des tarifs d'auberge de jeunesse mais avec le volume d'un hotel. Chambres équipées au minimum (lit superpose, armoire, lavabo, douche) mais confortable. Ca me convenait tres bien pour pouvoir prendre mon avion très tot en passant par le rer de la gare du nord. Je n'ai pas pris de repas sur place.

Rudimentaire et peu accueillant”
Le bâtiment est spacieux, le prix certes abordable, mais c'est un lieu qui n'a pas le sens de l'accueil. Certains employés sont très désagréables voire méprisants, particulièrement au petit déjeuner : "Est-ce qu'on pourrait vous reprendre un peu de café ?" "Vous voyez du café là ? Non ? bah c'est que y en a pas". On a la sensation d'être sous surveillance plutôt qu'accueillis. Niveau confort nous avons été déçues, la douche franchement glauque, qui alterne entre eau tiède et glacée, toilettes communes dans un état qui laissait à désirer, même pas un distributeur de savon dans les chambres. Dommage car le lieu a beaucoup de cachet.

45€ pour une chambre en dortoir est tout simplement en dehors du concept d'auberge de jeunesse, Paris ou pas Paris. C'est une usine, le petit déjeuner est resté coincé en 2002 avec uniquement du lait de vache et du pain blanc industriel. Dans la chambre la VMC faisait un bourdon assourdissant et le système de carte pour l'électricité n'est pas du tout pratique, literie juste passable. Bon mojito au bar malgré tout.

Très content de cette auberge, Propreté, amabilité, sérieux,. Un merci à toute l équipe le personnel du ménage c est toujours propre et ça sentait toujours bon. Le personnel de l accueil, le bar et la sécurité. Seul bémol ! Les toilettes , il faudrait mettre une petite pancarte en plusieurs langues pour expliquer à chaque adhérents de tirer la chasse, de relever la lunette et de laisser propre les WC pour le prochain. L eau dans la douche hyper chaude, on ne peut même pas la régler. Aussi non, tout le reste est très très bien, les terrasses extérieures sont grandes et bien agencés. Merci pour ces quelques jours dans votre auberge.

朝ごはんがついていて、治安もそこまで悪いようには感じませんでした。他のレビューで見かけた病院の匂いがするというのは何となくわかる気がしましたが、気分が悪くなるニオイではありません。とても清潔でした。お風呂は部屋の外にも中にもついていました！！！！宿泊者の治安も良かったですよ！また利用すると思います！！！！！！！

まず、スタッフの方がめっちゃ優しくて、困ることは特にないです。朝ごはんが私の宿泊料金には含まれてたんですが、最高でした。パンやヨーグルトチーズとフルーツ食べ放題です！あとシリアルとゆで卵も！ 施設自体はなんだろう、多分元は病院なのかな？て感じで病院臭がありました笑 部屋は簡易的で、2段ベット1つと一段ベット2つ、真ん中に机、壁側にロッカーがあって、窓が小窓で数センチしか開けれないので換気はできないです笑 お手洗いはフロアで共有のものを使用します、いくつかあるので便利でした。 洗面器が部屋に1つで、他の場所になくてしかもお風呂場の中ではなく部屋に(外に)着いてるので、朝早く夜遅くに行動する時はめっちゃ気を遣いました。 お風呂場風だけがちょっと微妙で、 コンクリートの部屋の中にシャワーだけペッと壁につけてあって、シャンプー等を置く大とかタオルをかける場所がないので全部地べたに置かないといけないし、部屋以外にもお風呂場あるんですけど、作りが一緒で不便なので男女共用の部屋使用される方は大変かなと思いました。 駅からはすぐで、ホテルの周りにスーパーとかも沢山あるので便利です！中心地からは割と遠めです！
