•Value for Money – Sulit and affordable if you want to relax and have fun at the same time. • Location – It’s just okay. I found it a bit inconvenient that they don’t sell much in the resort, especially if you’re looking for fresh food. As far as I know, they only offer drinks, instant coffee, etc. As for food, I think only breakfast is available (and I’m not sure if you can avail of it if it’s not included in your booking). So if you plan on staying, it’s best to bring your own food—no corkage fee for food and non-alcoholic drinks. Also, I don’t think it’s very accessible if you’re commuting. The resort is deep inside the area, and I don’t think anyone would want to walk for 20 minutes with heavy bags, especially if they’re with kids. (Unless they offer a shuttle service for guests from the Saddle and Clubs main gate to Aqua Mira.) • Cleanliness – Our room was great: the sheets were fresh and the floor was clean. But I didn’t like that the mattresses were literally piled up right outside our room. It was such an eyesore. I think those were dirty mattresses because there’s no way they’d leave them on the floor if they were clean. We checked in at 2 PM, and when we checked out the next day, they were still there 🤷♀️. I’m sure this can be improved. • Staff – When we checked in, the first receptionist we encountered wasn’t very accommodating. We were waiting for someone to assist us, but she didn’t even acknowledge us or let us know that she’d be with us shortly while she waited for the other guest to finish filling out their information. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated. We also availed of breakfast with our stay, but we weren’t informed during check-in that we needed to fill out an order slip to choose from their menu. We only found this out when we asked another receptionist what time breakfast would be—she then asked if we were given an order slip. Other than that, everyone else was great and accommodating! • Facilities – 5/5. I love how the resort looks—it feels homey, and I loved the view outside our room! (But the AC needs improvement—it wasn’t very cold; wish it could be cooler.) The pools were great, and we were so happy that there were slides! We just wish the wave pool lasted longer than 20 minutes and that there was a deeper pool for adults. 😭 Overall, I loved our stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer 🥹 Will surely come back!
