Hotel is good but a bit far from Lyon Part Dieu Train Station”
The hotel quality and value for money are very suitable and rather very nice. However, the name of the hotel is confusing since it is Lyon Part Dieu, so you would think it is in front of the train station 'Gare'; but actually it took me more than 1 KM to reach the hotel which is not very suitable for someone with luggage. This should be clearly clarified on the description.

Not happy with the security and no food during week-ends.”
No food service is available the week-end. Lunch would be handy during lunch breaks especially when doing workshops. There is no security in this hotel. Notebooks and tablets were stolen from the conference room which wasn't locked while people were out for their lunch break.

Good for a single day stop at Lyon”
The hotel looks good on the outside but the rooms are kind of dingy with very less lighting and the ceiling falling apart at some places in the corridor. The kitchen equipments are all functional. Staff was very unfriendly in the night shift, they do not have much staff ..1 guy doing everything who doesn't know much about the property and one security guard who doesn't speak anything except french.

Ok but a bit dated and tired looking”
We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment and did not get what was advertised. When we queried the room, the staff advised that two rooms includes pull out lounge. We where also hit with hotel and city tax. Hotel tax we where aware of. All up, if you are going to Lyon for business this is the perfect place to stay.

Rooms and corridor are old. Dim lighting. AC not working. Staffs not responsive and bad coordination between staffs to solve guest’s issues

Great Hotel but room next to train tracks”
It was great to stay in an apartment-hotel because we made use of the kitchenette to cook up some wild mushrooms bought earlier that day in Auvergne--YUM! But I can't recommend it wholeheartedly because the train tracks were right outside the window, and while the double-paned glass blocked out a lot of noise, I and my husband both woke up now and again thanks to passing freight trains. If you sleep with earplugs or more deeply than most, then go for it. Another note: it was still 10-15 mins walk to Part-Dieu--nice to be walking distance but it is possible to get closer (though maybe not for the same price).

Great stop for road trip”
Despite the room being clean, it did feel a little dated. However, the facilities more than made up for it. With excellent wifi for working, spacious room, safe (paid) parking on-site, friendly staff and close proximity to the center of Lyon this was unbeatable for price. Thanks for a great stay

I had a very pleasant stay. I was in Lyon for business, therefore didn't care much which part of city will I stay. If I was to be there with my family on vacation, I would never stay there-far from city center.

Close to Gare Part-Dieu but that’s about it”
We arrived during the heat wave in early July for the Womens World Cup. We stayed 2 nights during the semi-finals and 1 night for the final game. We had a one bedroom apartment for both stays. For the first stay, we were moved to 3 different rooms because the AC didn’t work, and since we were on the bottom floor, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our windows open overnight. The rooms were old and run down, bathroom shower was moldy. One of the rooms had water stains on the ceiling. It is about 3/4 mile from Gare Part-Dieu, which is walkable but there is also the C7 bus that has a stop near the hotel and drops you off right at Gare Part-Dieu, if you have luggage. Staff was great trying to accommodate us. Free water in the lobby. I chose this place for the close proximity to the train station but i probably wouldn’t stay here again.

located in the newer corporate part of Lyon so about a 25 minute walk to the picturesque old town. Fairly run down but comfortable for me and good value. The staff were very helpful.

It was fine, but nothing special ”
Everything was fine, the room was clean enough, the location was not bad, etc but there was certainly nothing special about it. The hotel is looking pretty worn, there was no airflow in our room and the window opened onto the indoor courtyard so it didn’t help. It would be perfectly fine for a buinesss trip or similar, but definitely wasn’t the romantic stay we had hoped for. Staff seemed a little disinterested but helpful enough

It was a comfortable stay. The only issue was that the air-conditioning didn't seem to be working on some nights, which made the room too warm. Overall I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The cheap smell in the room is unbearable ! ”
Smell bad !they should stop using that bad room spray smell! It could have been better if they don’t spray that smell in the room! The staff at the reception is fine! The staff at the bar and restaurant have a bit of an attitude! Won’t recommend anyone!
