Easy to get to, staff very helpful with changing booking dates amid constantly changing plans but cleaning was not always up to standard - it depended largely on the cleaning team; some days good, other days less good but the housekeeping manager was excellent and things were always fixed promptly.

Functional hotel with great staff”
Situated in the quieter university district by the Seine River, near to metro and amenities, this is a functional hotel which has everything you need for a stay in Paris. Great staff, restaurant and facilities and good sized rooms, this was a perfect stay. Will return.

Home style, clean hotel that is closed to metro”
The hotel in general was good, good value for money. The room is like home style where u may find a small pantry to cook some easy food that you could get from the supermarket nearby. I would recommend it if you are budget traveler in Paris. Location is good, just 3 minutes walk to the metro station. The only thing I was disappointed was that no wifi in the room, but just at the hotel lobby.

No internet connection at all... A real problem.”
I had to work on my laptop for professional reasons and really needed an internet connection. Unfortunately the wire connection in the bedrooms was down and I could not connect. Only on the computer available at reception which was not suitable for what I needed to do. I booked in this hotel because it had internet in the rooms. Very disappointing that it was not working. I was also told there was none available to help on week-ends regarding this IT issue. Quite disappointing for such a large hotel structure. The paint in the bedroom walls was also coming off in places making the otherwise very comfortable rooms look in quite poor condition. Shame the experience was not so great as it was my first time in the hotel.

Clean but very basic, certainly not 4*”
The hotel was clean but very basic. The bathroom was very inpractical being of a 'wet room' design and every time someone had a shower the whole bathroom flooded! The shower was just about hanging on the wall. There was not enough hanging space and we had to live out of suitcases. There weren't any facilities that would make it a four star. The room was cleaned and the beds made every day.

I was attending a conference at INALCO, and it could not be closer or more convenient. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about, but it is close to the river (albeit an industrial part, though one can walk not far to a part where folks hang out) and there are some restaurants nearby. The Metro and bus are connected very close by. I didn't try the breakfast here, so I can't comment.

Nice concept of an apartment with kitchen”
I think this is more of an serviced apartment than a hotel. They need to put more effort in the maintainance of the rooms, i stayed therefor 6 days, and they did not even restocked my toiletries shampoo or soap, there was even a day in which my room is not made up, the internet connection is supposed to be in eery room, but somehow till my 6th day of stay there isnt internet, except inthe lobby. 4 star hotel i dont think so. I regret stqying here, i shouldve chose another one, it made my paris trip feels less comfortable.

The apartment is just a few meters to the Metro and there is a super market that you can get a few things that you need. Wifi is good but the cleaning never happens unless you tell the cleaning lady. I was there for 11 days but they only cleaned twice. Otherwise the location of the apartment is good.

My main issueis just internet, and cleaners didnt show up on 1 day of my stay, the rest is fine. The cleaneas even when theycome up then do not mop the floors or do anything they just come and do the bed replace the towel and move. They should focus more on trraining their room services. I prefered my sta in italy.

Overall, it was a pretty pleasant stay during those 12 days. The main issues I had were cleaning and breakfast. Website's got no infor nor I was informed on my arrival; so I ate 3 breakfast but was charged only 1 day.
