“A resort hotel I want to visit again.”
We booked a two-bedroom suite for three days and two nights with our 8 and 10-year-old kids. During check-in, we were offered an upgrade, and since it was our wedding anniversary, I expressed my gratitude, and they brought a wonderful whole cake to our room, which was touching! Our stay turned out to be amazing as we were in a three-bedroom villa with a beachfront pool. The kids jumped straight into the private pool as soon as they woke up! The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the staff were all very kind. When we called for a buggy, it arrived quickly, making it easy to get around the resort. Since it was the end of the year, the waves were high at the beach, so we could only play in the sand, but both the beach and the sea in Nha Trang were much cleaner. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, but after two nights, we felt a bit bored with it, and none of the dining options in the hotel matched the prices, which was disappointing. However, given the hotel resort prices, if they could improve the quality a bit more, it would become an even better hotel. The Atlantis restaurant along the coast only had a buffet since it was the end of the year, so we gave up on that, but the location was superb. The refrigerator in the villa worked very well, and the water pressure was stable. The kitchen only had a microwave oven, so cooking with fire wasn't possible. It seemed like frozen food bought from the convenience store inside the resort had to be used in containers provided by the restaurant. Also, the laundry services were too expensive for families with children… washing and drying one load cost about 2000 yen. However, even considering those things, both parents and kids were extremely satisfied with our stay. We hope to have the chance to come back again!
