Nice hotel in fair price”
Friendly staff. A small supermarket, metro in 5 mins, train station in 10 mins. The room is small but everything is in place and new. Will definitely recommend for others.

Highly recommended, hotel is near metro station. Rooms are cozy, comfy and well heated. Staff is very helpful, they also shifted us in a bigger room when demanded. I would suggest to book room which includes breakfast because breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety. They also cater to your needs for the kind of room you need all you need to do is give specific details while booking. Hotel building gives a feel of authentic french culture. Its a good combination of old and new. Highly recommend.

Doesn't. Worth Money. You can find cheaper hotel nearby with lots more space. However, the staffs were very very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Sadly, the size is too small.

Room we were in was extremely small. They do not provide any hotel amenities refills so please bring your own. The great thing about this hotel is the location. It is perfect and super close to the metro and convenience shops, ie Carrefour Express, food, etc

Not value for money”
I feel that it is overprice, the room is small and looks old. The soundproof is poor. It doesn’t not feel like staying in the hotel. The only benefits is it’s near the metro and there’s a lots of food around and the shopping mall is accessible by walking.

Affordable, good location, most of stuff is helpful! However, room is very small and old. Just have to be careful with elevator! I was stuck in there for 10 minutes without any help! Finally I was struggle and able to get out by myself :(

room was tiny, heater not working properly we could hear a very loud stream of water coming from the tubes which was terrible!!! the lift was tiny, only the breakfast was okay.

They kicked us out and wouldn't refund us”
I booked a room that said 2 adults, but showed "family room" with an icon of 2 adults and a child. Upon arrival, we checked in, but within 30 minutes they told us that it was illegal to have 3 people in the room, no matter the size or age of my child and that we couldn't stay there. When asked for a refund, they denied it. I tried to ask management for it, and they denied it. They charged us the full price for both days we had reservations for, yet no room, and we had to find accommodations for the same day, which was extremely expensive and stressful on top of already paying an arm and a let for a room the size of a shoebox.

Everything was Perfect!”
Stayed 4 nights at Alexandrine Opera Hotel, we were in Paris for both business & leisure; overall, we had great experience. Paul and his colleagues were very friendly, helpful as well as accommodating. The location was strategic, i.e. 15 minutes walk to Boulevard Haussmann/Opera, just few steps away from the Metro (Liege) and is surrounded by nice Brasseries/Cafes/Restaurants. Yet the area is considerably peaceful and it felt safe especially for girls/women travelling alone (my first 2 nights I was alone). I will definitely return to Alexandrine Opera, it's just what I needed.

Good Hotel and value for Money”
I rarely do reviews, but it is the least I can do as I had a really good stay. Had a good stay in the Hotel, the room was not so big but one cannot complain as the hotel is well placed, very clean and value for money. I stayed in the hotel for a week, which had a nice Flat Screen TV and comfortable bed. Hotel is in walking distance from the Champs Elysee, Opera, Musee du Louvre, I even walked to the Gard du Nord when (under 30 minutes walk) returning to London. The staff were very nice and very helpful. They answered all my questions and even gave me a complimentary newspaper every day. Breakfast I did not eat breakfast in the Hotel, as there are lots of choices outside. Paris has lots of Cafes and Bakery’s I fully recommend and I will give this hotel 4 stars out of 5, and really value for money I would stay there next time I go to Paris

Good location and price - small rooms”
the hotel was well located, only a 5 min walk to the metro station and a 15 min walk to the opera. the breakfast was included in the rate and it was mainly french bread, croissant, jelly and butter. the room was pretty small with a tiny shower. it was not easy taking showers in there since you could barely lift your arms. there breakfast staff was nice and helpful, but not so much the front desk staff who did not seem to be happy to provide information about places to visit or transportation, things that pretty much any other hotel in the world would answer for a hotel guest. if you are looking for a not very expensive hotel in paris in a good location, then alexandrine opera is the place to stay.

Hidden Gem in Paris”
My partner and I stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions and both times were excellent. The rooms are pretty small but this is to be expected in the heart of Paris. However, the location, cleanliness and professionalism of staff here made our stay particularly memorable. Highly recommended
