It is furnished and equipped with brand new appliances. We make sure that it is regularly cleaned for our guests to have a comfortable stay. With that said, we expect our guests to kindly respect our home, and maintain it in order. We have prepaid wifi 200 pesos 10GB -Check out - 11 am NO bringing of food or dirty items into the bed area. Excessive stains and marks on bed linens will incur an additional charge of 350 PHP per item. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and the building. There is a designated smoking area just few steps away from the property.     “stay was not great”

    Only booked at agoda bc it was much cheaper than airbnb. So maybe you really get what you pay for. Encountered lots of incoveniences throughout our 1 night stay here. 1. Unit change 2 hours before check-in (Luckily the new room was much nicer in terms of interior design than the room we initially booked) 2. Rice cooker was sira. Shuts off mid-cook. Literally had to transfer the uncooked rice to another pan to cook it. 3. Bidet was broken (biggest problem so far bc it was noisy & sobrang lakas ng leak; we tried to fix it to no avail) 4. Sink’s drain was LOCKED, couldn’t get it to unlock so water was just stuck there 5. Faucet in the shower falls off pag natatamaan 5. Brownouts (not really predictable, so its kinda okay) 6. The printed number on the wall is wrong (?); we tried to call the number kasi the bidet was stressing us out but wrong number daw

    “Nice and clean!”

    It was nice and clean. Everything you need were there. It feels like home. Very pleasing and at the same time very functional. It has a good location, just fronting the mall.

    “Unfit to stay”

    There was no hot and cold water in the unit. Bathroom was dirty. No toiltet paper. I checkedin but checkedout within few minutes without consuming the unit. I was told over the phone that there is heater in bathroom but when i went there, i found no water heater in the comfort room. It is very hard to contact someone regarding the unit and when you are able to speak to someone then they lie. I was told to checkout and call agoda for full refund but after checkingout, they did not refund even a peao. ⁸

    “Exceptional”

    Overall was a good place to stay some small issues i had to buy some kitchen stuff as it was missing some things and staff fixed my concerns also I would recommend. If you plan to cook kitchen is small and very basic setup the microwave needs extension cord as everytime use it u must take it off the fridge and plug into wall because there is no power outlet near these small details need to be addressed

    “Disappointed”

    We arrived at 2:45 PM even though check in is at 2 PM and the room was still not clean. Guards do not allow us to enter the lobby while waiting even though we mentioned we had a booking there. We had to stay and wait outside the building with our luggage tired as we came from our flight. No apologies were given by the staff. Things would've been okay if they apologized for their error. Inside, the room was still not very clean as the pillows and sofa had an unpleasant smell. Restroom was still wet. Despite the free coffee and tea they advertise here, there was none available, as well. It was a disappointing stay.
