Poor bad unit and owner of the condo ”
Check in time supposed to be 2pm But they let us in 3 pm that if we don’t force to let us in. estimated time in if I don’t insist us to be in it might be evening, more than 3 clients are waiting outside for them to let us in in our unit. The owner is hard to reach out it rings once after it’s un attended, trying to reach out the day we were check in and the other day still unattended When we’re in, we leave our things for the party, when we comeback in the evening we found out the linens are bad smells and towels, couch and the extra bed smell pee. Really stinks Cabinets are in bad shape some are damage, the freezer of the fridge is molded with ice. On the post it says with toiletries but there is no tissue inside which is the necessary to have. Indeed we don’t end up sleeping there that night, and we find way to reach out agooda’s costumer service to report the incident happen to ask for help to have back hopefully our money and the owner will be block on their list. Mind you guys I am not the only client experience that, according to the guards at abrezza place this don’t happen only that time, many times they said it’s been reported but still the same scenario For my know maybe some clients don’t just wanna go back again had enough and other have a hard time to contact the owner and agooda But with me I find way hard just to get reach agooda indeed we reach out agooda and hope for the speedy resolution and hope it won’t happen to other fellows out there specially foreigners who just wanna have a good vacation my partner is a foreigner and we even have arguments about the unit cause I really have to find way for his comfort and mine as well. That is why I have to insist to be in in our unit cause we have to attend special event. I do hope everyone will take time to read my comments to be aware about and pray that this have a great result by the help of agooda

You get what you paid for. Its not an expensive place to stay so we should also not expect a 5-star hotel facilities. The room is clean as well as the linens, the appliances are fine. The heater in the shower works well. Everything is great. No free wifi but we already know that. Its located in the heart of d city. The mall is just walking distance. We just love everything in it. My family and I will definitely recommend it.

Good location to stay as it is near Abreeza Mall. Just walking distance. ‼️Needs major improvements‼️ We stayed 8 days and have to endure these all though out our stay. Nice condo but rotten unit. - smelly dirty toilet/bathroom. Needs scrubbing on the floor and walls to get rid of molds. - Toilet needs cleaning. I have to clean it with soap, water and alcohol to even seat on it. - clogged sink with smell♨️ - no coffee or tea as promissed🚫 - dirty old towels. Smells used. 💯 - bed and lines smells fabric conditioner but looks used. 💢 - pillows are smelly like old rotten. Have to cover it with our shirt. Even my mom complaints about it. 🛏 - The sofa have bugs. We are bitten whenever we sit on it 🛋 - The Fire 🔥 extinguisher! It should be visible and easy to reach in case of emergency 🚨 - why is it kept in the closet? - dirty and dusty surface, windows and floors. - water heater not working. I asked them through Agoda app, and called for 13x and texted - NO REPLY. my 64 year old mom have to shower with cold water. - kettle is broken. I got electrocuted while using it. It needs replacement. It is very cheap to buy a new one. - refrigerator is dirty with hair on it. Please hire a cleaner to do a general cleaning of the unit and improve your response even after the payment has been made.
