18th - Sacre Coeur - Montmartre hotels & accommodations

Stopped for a night out in Paris on the way home from the Dordogne. Hotel Montmartre is on a quiet street just 5 minutes walk (up some steps!) from Sacre Coeur. Could not have been better. Comfortable bed, crisp white linen and towels, very clean. Staff were very welcoming too. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from: we dined on the Place du Tertre where the ar...

We very much enjoyed this simple little hotel. It is a five min walk from le sacre coeur and we loved walking around the neighbourhood. The no-frills room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast simple and delicious (coffee, croissants and fresh bread), and the staff was friendly. Would definitely go again. Two minor issues were that the internet kept falling away (pr...

Metro on the corner, but the street is not loud. Not the safest district but we didn't have problem with noone. The receptionist was kind,he spoke english great, They even gave us a better and bigger room, not the One we have reserved. After check out They let us to leave there our baggages, while we visited some other places. There's no elevator,it was a challenge to Go ...

Very nice ladies at the reception, who let us drop our luggage until we could check in in the afternoon, as we arrived at 8am out of an international flight. Our 3 person room, one double and one single bed, was not very big, but very clean and comfy for one night. A kettle in the room would have been nice though. Very convenient for catching a train from Gare du Nord,...

I especially love the location. Very near the La Chapelle metro station. (If you come from Airport, go to Gare Du Nord, then walk inside the station towards La Chappelle station). The surrounding area have lots of places to eat (especially Indian, Turkish, or Halal) and many groceries shop. Some would feel the place a bit dodgy (as some review would say), but they'd on...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is a walk to Sacre Coeur Cathedral, the Metro, many bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Mont Marte itself is a bustling neighborhood full of history, architecture and something for everyone. We would stay at Hotel de Flore again.

This hotel is in a great position within easy walking distance to all the landmarks of Montmatre including Sacre Coeur, as well as being near to the Metro. It is also only a short taxi ride from Gare du Nord where the Channel Tunnel train arrives. The rooms were very spacious for a Parisian hotel with well equipped ensuite bathrooms. The most amazing feature was fre...

We were looking for a new place to stay in Paris and were delighted to find the Villa Montmartre which enabled us to combine some of the best features of Paris. Convenient location to metro, tourist board, variety of restaurants, cafes, food stores and to Sacre Coeur. A key reason for choosing Villa Montmartre was the fact that each room had a well-equipped kitchen. ...

With only 19 rooms, this place kind of felt more like a home than a hotel! All of the decorations and fixtures are new and chic - we had an exposed brick wall, faux fireplace, mirrored night tables and a gorgeous black tiled shower. Yes, the room and bathroom are small, but my husband and I felt like it just added to the character. We were steps from the Moulin Roug...

Boutique Hotel I like the location not sure why there as so many negative reviews as the location is multicultural and everyone is going about their business without any issues Checkin was smooth and there is a precise checkin time at 3pm which with a little flexibility would be nice Rooms are biggest I have found across other hotels within similar price range and l...

It is very near to the metro station which is good. There are many resto bars and shops around. It is good for back packers and people who will only spend a night or two. It is an old building, so don't expect it to be fully sound proof from the hallway. Another downside during our stay was that the noise in the top floor. It sounded like somebody was moving furniture...

The staff were exceptional. I arrived exhausted after a long flight from Astralia. They hurried up the availability of my room, and I was able to have a nice hot shower and a shave and feel human again in no time at all. There are some great authentic French restaurants nearby, a short walk to the top of the hill, just behind the Sacre Coeur church. Breakfast in the...

Far, in my opinion, from Paris' center (Saint Honore st., eiffel, louvre, jardins des tuileries) , but near the city's attractions up north (sacre coeur, montmartre) -- good value and staff, many affordable grocery stores and local places to eat

We may have been lucky, but the day we arrived there were street parties in Monmartre. All types of bands playing in the streets and it was great until late at night. And no cops enforcing DIP (drunk in public) laws like in the US. The location is near the cemetery and walking distance to Sacre Coeur and the street artist square. We also walked to Notre Dame but it i...

very basic but excellent location in montmartre, very close to everything, and safe area. they kept out luggage after check out although they left it in the middle of the lobby, without tags or anything. Quiet street, would stay here again if necessary. Close to metro.

The entrance is big, the Staff is very engaged to help you and to talk to you. Surely you can have all the help you need. The Ibis-Hotel is directly located to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Cour! The Metropolitan is near, there is a grocery store near the Hotel and several Bars and france restaurants or fancy cool stores which you not find somewhere else in Paris. Just look f...

The staff were very professional very helpful. They were always willing to give us all the information we need. The place was close to all the facilities ( the metro, buses, restaurants, supermarket, chemists, and 15 min. walk to the SACRE - COEUR BASILICA. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. once again we thank you all for your hospitality and good advice. What ...

I loved that while we were in the heart of a very lively Montmartre our rooms were like s little haven. laveries ( laundrettes) were close by: One was across the road; and cafes and bars were nearby. Fantastic place. Right in Montmartre so loads of eating options, especially French bistro food and wine. Sacre Coeur is just around the corner. Abbesses Metro station is on the doorstep so the rest of Paris is just a hop away. Rooms are very clean and nicely done - big windows open for a good street view. The kitchen facilities are fully equipped so fixing breakfast et...

The location was in Montmartre, really close to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer. About 20 mins metro ride to the other tourist areas. Montmartre itself is a really cool area with great restaurants. The hostel was extremely clean and they provided clean towels. The staff was amazing and friendly. Free breakfast including croissants and baguettes, but the area is really sma...

Seperate toilets and showers, however, they are clean and nice. Room had sink and bidet. Comfortable and clean bed. Location great for Sacre Coeur and metro. Friendly and helpful staff let us have letter sent to the hotel and looked after her bags when we checked out.

Good customer service and clean room. Very close to the metro. It's a great price for a descent hotel. One has to mention that the hotel is located in a noisy, "shady" part of Paris. It is not to say that this is a bad neighborhood, although you can see that things may go on behind doors (not to bash but I'm from Mexico City and I know what 'shady' is). Wifi is a littl...

When I arrived the concierge Mokrane was sweet, helpful and very organised! The room was clean, airy and good size. The shower was surprisingly powerful with good clean towels. Sheets were great, soft and nice comfy pillows. Room w/bathroom all for £50 per day! Difficult to get cheaper particularly in that neck of the woods , 9th/18th arrondissement - Pigalle/Montmartr...

I booked myself a double bedroom and the only room that they have available was on the very top floor and I've had to take the staircase with my suitcase. The room was very smelly . Finally I have requested them to move me to another room and the only room available was a room with two single beds and I could not sleep at all . The bed was very hard. I've stayed th...

Not super comfortable, but charming and pleasantly decorated. Nicely located at the edge of Montmartre, a few minutes walk to Sacre Coeur. There are a few cosy side walk cafes around. When you open the window, you breathe the charm of Paris. Just our kind of hotel. We loved it and would come back.

Excellent value for money - smallish room (triple) but all nice and clean with a new modern bathroom, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The best thing is the location: less than 5 mins walk from metro station, 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord in one direction and Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur in the other.

Fell inlove with hotel’s convenient location which is right beside the station and also just a quick walk from Sacre Coeur. Staff were very watm and helpful all through out our stay. They were also super nice to give us some welcome wine, sweets and chips in our room when they found out we’re celebrating our anniversary. Will definitely recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Paris. The room was modern and clean with all the facilities we needed. Couldn't have asked for more. The staff were friendly and attentive.
